After 4 years this TV is still working perfect. Great quality for the price

Great TV with lots of built in App’s color and picture is great. The price was good it was on sale for 200.00 less when I actually purchased after looking at different TV’s to make up mind.

Great picture, lots of features that are helpful to elderly people., like voice commands for changing channels and volume. Also has a built in Alexa. It was also pretty easy to set up. We love this tv.

Quick and easy purchase. Qualified and informed staff. Love the TV and the price cannot be beat. I watched prices thru Black Friday and no one had better prices than Best Buy had 2 weeks earlier.

Overall a great TV. Wish I would’ve spent the extra $200 to get the next model up for the better backlight technology. For a $1,000 TV, the backlight isn’t the best

In bright rooms the brightness and contrast is good. In dark rooms the brightness followed the bright subject with a lot of ghosting around the subject bleeding into the dark areas that needed to be dark. At times the subject is not bright as it should be and contrast is lost also. The up converter to 4K is still jumpy or freeze frame and not a smooth flow of a moving object. Sports action is good on live shows. 4K movies are good except dark scenes are bad because of too much ghosting.

this TV was a great deal when i bought it. its a bit confusing for the non tech people but great to view and a lot of features which is nice. i almost see it like a computer how great it is.

This tv is a huge improvement to the 32 inch i had before. The picture looks great and it sounds great too. It may not be the best tv in the market, but it's a great choice for anyone

We have this TV set up and our great room and it shows awesome pictures. We hope a receiver up to it with two bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer and the sound is more enhanced.

Great TV easy to use. I have had this TV for a month now, never had a smart TV or seen one used for that matter. No problem with set up, the menu is easy didn't need directions for the menu

Still not clear on the TV's capabilities and non-capabilities. Happy with the transaction at Best Buy. But the television not quite sure yet. Wanted to use with ESPN but is not supported by this TV. We had come shopping for a Samsung that does support ESPN fantasy drafts. The picture is good, user friendly not so much- not easy to navigate or make connections to other devices in my opinion. Apps channels go off quite a bit. This is our first Smart TV, so we really do not know what to expect as normal or above normal behaviors. An in hand manual would have been nice.

Price was right for this great tv. Easy set up for those without a lot of tech skills (like us). Easy to use and everything in one place, no need for the Roku Stick. So far, so good!

Needed a tv for the PS5 - this is one of the few with HDMI 2.1. Bough it - then read reviews and some were negative. Well. It’s perfect! Price was great and delivery was so fast!

Fantastic TV! I bought this specifically to watch the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The visuals are perfect. You can see everything clean and crisp. Expensive but a fantastic investment

This was an excellent buy for the price. The clarity of this TV is awesome. We really love the soundbar that was suggested by the Salesman who took care of us.
