John one of the Geek Squad techs was very helpful and patient explaining the remote to Dad. My Dad was a pro using the remote when John got finished with him!! Highly Recommend!! The guys from Geek Squad are always great!! I just used them for my own house in which they installed and 5 tv's and 5 sound bars.I pay for the yearly service and it is worth every penny, anything goes wrong with your electronics they have a 24hr service,
