Worst tv i ever had

Ive returned the tv once a week after buying it thinking i had a broken one. The first one in a dark room with a dark screen would have awful vertical lines on it when an object or words like credits came on the screen. It would cover the screen where the object was. Bestbuy was fantastic in offering a refund or replacing it. I decided to get a replacement. This one is actually the exact same thing. Has the same issue. I found another review on here that has the same problem. This tv is trash

Bad screen.

I bought this TV on November 29th and I'm returning it to best buy today. The screen has bad lights bleeding on the edge. I'm going to exchange this TV for a Sony X900H.

LG has better TVs, this one isn’t the best.

I was disappointed from the start. Lots of “dirty screen” & edge light glare on black. Returned & bought a TCL instead.

Not quite my cup of tea

Everything was great besides three things, and those were deal breakers for me. 1. Dark areas were just black with no detail. Something with the HDR didn't seem to be effective. 2. I really didn't like the interface with the TV. I didn't like the pointer and the menus were confusing to me. 3. Light halos were everywhere in dark scenes. Because of these things, I returned the TV for a Samsung Q70. I am much happier.

TV Stays on—Does Not Turn Off Automatically

Repair service frustration

They said it was damaged and not covered by warranty. The repairman left after doing nothing. I would have paid for the repair but the repairman could only do warranty repair work. They could have made this clear before they sent him out. I should have listened to my daughter who had a LG washing machine and dryer and told me they were junk.

Never Again

LG kept sending the wrong part to fix. LG took forever to mail the parts also. Tv went out in May and repair from Geek Squad are coming out today, October 20, to repair if it’s the correct part. Not a fan. Not happy with this purchase. Never again will I buy LG.

Poor color quality

Not Worth the money

WOULD NOT BUY

HAD HEADACHES AFTER WATCHING IT A COUPLE OF HOURS.WANTED TO RETURN IT SINCE FEB 5TH AND FEB 10TH.BEST BUY IS HAVING TROUBLE PICKING THIS UP. NOW IT'S FEB 12TH AND IT'S STILL IN MY HOUSE. Hidden damage
