The magic remote isn’t my favorite but once you get used to it it’s ok. The picture on it is amazing and with the Xbox one it’s really good also! Highly recommend this tv, LG tvs are the best

The sound seems to go up and down a lot without us touching the controls, but best buy told us that was because we didn't buy a sounds system to go with it. The picture is great and very happy with the way they mounted it on the wall.

I don’t think anyone would be unhappy purchasing this tv!

Only thing I would improve is the backlighting when watching football games because the players radiate too much with white around them but other than that, it’s a really nice tv

The smart features are outstanding, even down to the remote. I like it more thsn my Harmony touch screen.

I wanted a 75” but settled on the 65” nanocell and am completely happy with it. It fits perfectly in its wall mount location and the quality of the picture is crystal clear, no matter if I’m standing at an angle looking at it.

Picture is as good as it gets without going to OLED. WebOS is fast and easy to use, integrates nicely with our LG sound bar, overall very thin and high quality all around!

My only concern is the problem we have with the channel button not working on the remote. I will be talking with Customer service concerning this problem.

The price is excellent and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I wanted a tv that I can use my Xbox series x on that wouldn’t break the bank and this tv did the trick.

Too much for simplicity tv

I am relatively ignorant to all the connections and how to get to them to get the most out of the tv, so probably not the tv's fault.

Great TV so far

Gaming is smooth so far. Live TV looks great. Hdr content looks amazing. Great TV for the price so far

Amazing Tv, Was expecting more it

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Iv recently owned a LG 4K TV, had a 55” 4K and it broke within not even a year of using it as the screen was completely burnt in.. decided to get an upgrade to a Nanocell, quite impressed with its performance but is lacking some quality, the picture from in store versus setting it up is completely different. Wish there was more in depth of best settings configuration for the bucks you spend to get the most out of this LG Tv, Iv tried searching over the internet to find the best setting configuration and can’t find nothing, I can have geek squad come in and set up the best possible settings for the tv but it’s just a hassle, besides from trying to figure out better tv setting configuring, it really is a nice upgrade. Will be looking forward to getting an 8K or an OLED Model down the road

Great streaming, great picture. Not a fan of the remote running Directv but otherwise love it. Best Buy at the price, hands down.

I do have a complaint about the magic remote syncing with our cable box but I’m fairly positive that’s all user error.
