    I really like the TV and the operating system. I bought this to replace a comparable Samsung. My son was playing soccer in the house and I guess the TV didn’t hold up to the soccer ball. Compared to the Samsung I like the operating system much more. I find myself wondering if I would have been happier if I spent the extra cash for the OLED though

    Nice TV but don't play it in 4K knowing it's not going to look that crisp at the customers home. I understand you have to play it at its best but also let the customer see how regular channels will look on the TV as well. We still like the TV but still looking for that same picture quality we saw in the store.

    I love this tv! It has so many features that I really don't know how to do everything. Great picture clarity. The only thing I wish was different was the legs on it. I wish they were more in the middle of the tv instead of the outer edges of it. My tv stand is almost too small for this tv. Other than that I love it!

    Picture quality was great on this TV. It's one step below OLED. What didn't I like? That remote. And the App Store. I ended up going with a QLED because that Samsung remote feels like 2020, not 1984 and has EVERY single app you could ever need.

    This is the first LG TV I purchased. I had two Sony TVs previous to this one, and right after the one-year mark, they both died!

    Overall satisfied with my purchase. I was primarily a Samsung user but switched over to LG. Still learning the controls with magic remote. Only con is that there is now HBO MAX APP in the AppStore so you have to mirror screen from a device.

    I had a nice 0LED for two years and then all the HDMI ports went out I was told by geek squad I should just replace the whole TV I was not going to pay $2500 again so I went down a few steps. Not nearly as good as the OLED. I was two months past my warranty and Best Buy wouldn’t do anything about helping me with that TV

    Replaced my 19 years plasma with this model. This 2020 has eArc, magic remote and awesome WebOS. Almost went for an OLED LG but price and possible screen burn out was the reason for purchasing the smart TV I'm reviewing right out. Best decision ever.

    Super helpful folks. Replaced the original damaged tv with a new one promptly and set it up in a nice amount of time. Helped get all the HDMI items sorted. Great experience!

    Nano tv: I was unsure about this tv at first, but have now adjusted to its intense color presentation. Still working to integrate it into my home system. Great choice!
