    Couldn’t finish job because some items weren’t available on the truck, I could understand things happen. However the Apple TV that was installed has been a mess. Picture cuts out with audio still playing on both cable and streaming, sometimes sound an picture both cut off. Waiting until May 9 to get this job completed....ridicules

    Trash. LG content store is lacking. If you like HBO or ESPN app on the tv don’t get this. I got offered this as 100 less than the Samsung tv I came in for and regret it.

    I'll start with the best settings that work with light , dark viewing and angle viewing. I use these settings for everthing cable, movies and video games . Sdr settings, energy savings at minimum. Picture mode settings sports. Backlight 100. Contrast 100. Brightness 47. Sharpness 35. Color 57. Tint 0. Color tempature C50. Advance controls, Dynamic contrast off. Dynamic color high. Color gamut wide. Super resolution high. Gamma High1 . Picture options , Noise reduction high. MPGE noise reduction high. Smooth gradation high. Black level auto. Motion eye care off. LED local dimming high. Trumotion smooth. Also go to general select AI service and turn off AI brightness control turn it off. Hdr settings energy savings at minimum. Picture mode settings vivid . Backlight 100. Contrast 100. Brightness 47. Sharpness 30. Color 84. Tint 0. Color tempature C50 . Picture options, Noise reduction high. MPGE noise reduction high. Smooth gradation high. Black level auto. Motion eye care off. LED local dimming high. Trumotion smooth. Also go to general select AI service and turn off AI brightness control turn it off. This my third 4k hdr tv . I started with hisense h9d+, then hisense h9f and now lg Nani cell 900. This tv is great every tv has its pros and cons . That's why tvs have option settings to fix the picture the best way possible. Picture and color is great on this tv it gets bright . The contrast and blacks are a little weak, but after I calibrated it, it fixes the problems. Why I like this tv is because the motion is great it upgrades and upscale the picture. 480 p , 720p , 1080 p , 4k hdr look great . The picture is very detailed . Sdr and hdr movies look great. New and old movies. My family and I are gamers and the games look fantastic and very detailed . Hdr 4k games and movies look awesome. Watching sports in this tv is really good the motion is great. I had a hisense h9f tv had to turn it in because it got the dirty screen effect. The tv was great and had great picture and great blacks, but with this tv, the games look better and older movies look way better because it has a better processor. The control is universal so it works with my roku , sound bar and lg 4k player. Easy to set up, easy web os system. I've seen other reviews say it dosent get bright this tv does get bright . The blacks at first aren't dark, but after calibrating it, it's good. FYI, buying great hdmi cables make a big difference. I've bought some 8k cables from Amazon that work great. This tv is well rounded. I have calibrated oled tvs all different brands of led tv's . Like I said, all tvs have pros and cons. I've seen so many tv and this tv is great. Let me know if the settings help .

    Tried to price match as I was told in store (Mansfield, MA) as I paid 1149 for it and a month later it’s 989. Was told I was not able to receive the guarantee I was told about in store. This is why I went with the higher price model and not a less expensive version. Unfortunately I was not told the truth.

    No better pic than my 10yr old Samsung, well slightly. Aside from the connectivity, the same problems persist but on a much grander scale as this is a 65" and my old tv is a 46". Edge lighting n blooming is terrible. I'm taking it back tomorrow.

    Great TV. Got a open box one, was very disappointed with Geek Squad for not mentioning that the TV was missing its legs. Very unprofessional of Best Buy to sell with missing parts.

    Was very surprised at the design of this TV. It wow'd me right out of the box with its minimal bezels, its clean look both front & back, and very discreet bay of ports. Turning on this set brought up the splash screen for WebOS. It was very minimal and not too in-your-face. The navigation of the on screen menu's was a breeze with the Magic Remote. The click-wheel was very easy to use. Took me a minute to get use to. The air-cursor made inputting account info a breeze and I was able to have my Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc, accounts all setup in no time at all. What also allowed me to do these things so quickly was the fact that there's almost no lag between button presses and response on the TV itself. The interface is buttery smooth thanks to it's super fast processor. The image quality was very sharp and crisp. The 120hz refresh is a major plus when watching content with fast moving scenes or for when watching live sports. The 4k on this set makes you feel like you're immersed in whatever it is you're watching. I'm blown away at what LG has been able to bring to the table with this set with respect to it's design, price, and capabilities. I might be an LG fanboy from now on.

    Great timing to try out a new tv

    This LG 65NANO90UNA 65’ is my 2nd 4k TV I’ve owned. My 1st one was 2015 so I was really excited to see what 2020 could bring. Also, with COVID going on, what else is there to do other than watch tv. Furthermore I was excited to try out a new brand to me LG. So to start this is a great looking tv, very thin bezel, light and super simple. Set up was a breeze, nothing better than setting up new electronics for the 1st time. I personally enjoy going through all the system updates, installing apps, and personalizing the tv. Once set up my 1st test was a Netflix 4k nature program. The picture quality is exceptionally stunning, deep black, beautiful rich colors. 

One feature that I spent a lot of time one was- Picture Mode - You can pick and choose many different picture mode (Standard, Cinema, Sports, Game, Vivid, Auto Power Save, Filmmaker etc.). It also allows you to customize and tweek the colors to your own personal preference. Filmaker mode was interesting, its designed to show what LG thinks the filmmaker wants the program to look like. Definitely a personal preference. I prefer a bright and clear picture. Some of these modes were very dark. So a combo of standard and vivid was for me.

Another feature that is actually my favorite is the magic remote. It works like a laser pointer with voice command. I think it’s safe to assume all tv manufactures will follow suite in this. It works incredible. Make using YouTube a breeze, searching apps with the pointer and voice is seamless.

The last feature of note is the "Art Gallery" function. It’s like a screen saver which is included in the TV. It provides a selection of old master paintings in frames and the picture looks 3D, it's amazing. I usually leave this on when the tv isn’t in use, you can even customize it to show your own pictures. I would say for cord cutters this just might be the best tv on the market. All the apps (Netflix, YouTube, amazon prime, Disney plus etc) I used had perfect pictures. The only issue I had was when I hooked the tv up to my Directv box. I just couldn’t get the picture right. I went on message boards, contacted LG and it just wasn’t as clear as my other tv. With that said, with the cost of cable, not sure how much longer this will be a concern. Overall this is a great TV and would recommend, just depends on what you watch.

    Hello, it took me a while after I received the TV to get this mounted due to the fact I couldn't get help due to COVID, that was my one and only obstacle. The rest was a breeze. The menus on the unit couldn't be easier and i love the remote. This is my first LG TV and I don't think it will be my last either, to me it is the best I currently own. The first thing i noticed was how black the blacks were and the colors are just brilliant. This TV was an upgrade to my 55" TV that was a few years old, it is just amazing what a few years can do and I look forward to what is coming down the pipe. I consider my self somewhat of an enthusiast and i keep being impressed with todays technology, most of the time i say to myself that it couldn't get better but here we are. The 4K content was second to none, the TV showed awesome processor power that was fit for a king, very fast and no screen door effects. Also would like to brag up the fact that it actually had enough HDMI ports for all my devices! Thanks LG for making a awesome product, you have earned my business and I will be back for more!

    Stay away from ISP screen TVs

    Any TV that uses an ISP screen stay away from. Anybody that tells you and ISP is better than a VA screen is in denial.. The only benefit and I mean only benefit ISP has over VA is viewing angles.. but you are sacrificing contrast significantly.. So no matter how much technology they use the contrast will be nothing compared to most regular VA screen TVs.. ISP screens are great for monitors for phones but TVs not so good.. Just look at the Rtings score.. most of all this TV honestly don't get bright enough to really delivered good HDR or Dolby vision for that matter. And of course the lack of contrast on this TV as well as watching this TV in the dark room seen the light bleed and blooming. It's basic Same Song & Dance with LG Nano cell..
