    Amazing TV with crystal clear images. It’s the affordable option but still lets your 4K movies/shows shine through. If you are looking for a 4K TV, that’s actually 4K but isn’t the most expensive one on the market this is the TV you want. I recommend getting external audio, such as a sound bar or speaker system

    This TV has it all! My favorite aspect is how many apps are available, including LG TV channels. I can watch everything from Netflix to Hulu to Amazon Prime with ease from the home button. When hovering on each app, a preview of the most recent and most popular show pop up, without the need to be in the app! External connectivity to attached devices with the provided universal remote is so easy and convenient. Mine connected automatically as soon as I plugged in the device! The variety of picture setting and audio setting allows you to utilize your tv without an external surround sound system attached. I’ve had several different brands of TVs with a variety of options, but this TV has it all! Highly recommended for any household!

    LG TV is great and it is better than the often repaired Samsung and Sony. I have enjoyed the high quality and beautiful picture. I bought a Samsung TV last year and it didn't turn out to well so I had to come back for the better tv this year. I give Jesus the Praise and Glory for working out all things for His glory.

    Great color resolution. Easy connectivity and compatible with my sound bar. The pointer style remote control is cumbersome snd difficult to use.

    Beware, after the warranty period of one year was up dark spots started forming on the screen. It looks like some of the backlight panels or something burned out. I have heard others say the same.

    Worst than a old 720p

    I bought this to upgrade from an old 4k TV. I have tweaked and updated the SW and conected to a wired gigaspeed internet. The picture quality is so poor and at&t Tv is not even supported. The previous Samsung that we bought is far better than this one when it comes to picture quality and functionality and it cost even less. do not waste your money, buy Samsung or other brands.

    Optical cable input defective

    Buy a tv this expensive and the optical cable input on the tv doesn’t work so we can’t hook up our soundbar. There is no excuse for that.

    Not 120hz

    Bought this tv for my Xbox series x states it is 120hz but will not perform at 120hz due to software update. Was told about associate there would be no issues LG also said states this but trouble shooted everything still nothing it was due to a firmware needing to be updated,no one knows when there will be an update and now stuck with this tv.Do not buy best will not help either

    Dark Picture too dark

    I bought the LG 55 inch nanocell and had it installed. The picture is very dark. I tried to adjust the brightness but the picture looked washed out and tried changing picture modes. I have a 10 year old Top of the line Samsung that has a better picture. Went back to Best Buy and bought a Sony XR55x90. It will also be installed.

    Wouldn’t recommend

    Not impressed at all. Just received my tv yesterday. Picture is dark and the quality is poor. I thought maybe the cable service in the area was weak but Netflix looks the same. My LG that I’ve had for 6 years looks better than this. Pretty sure I will return but finding a way to fit it in my car and carry it down 3 floors will be fun. Not happy and frustrated.

    Horrible service waited 45 minutes for someone to assist with the tv I purchased. then they couldn't find the tv. finally after they found it they damaged it while packing it

    Junk. Always cuts out when playing Xbox. Tried changing HDMI cords, etc...but still keeps cutting in and out.
