I have had Sony BRAVA's, Samsung, and have several VIZIO's, this LG by far outperforms all of them. The clarity on this TV is amazing, the speakers sound fantastic and it is very user friendly. This is our first LG product and I must say, I am impressed!

This recent purchase involves the 3rd TV I have had to replace in less than a two year period. This new LG is of great quality and easy to use, not like the previous ones I had owned. The pricing and value were exceptional for my needs.

Very useful remote controller, easy to hold in hand. Excellent clarity and realistic color, but it is not vibrant as Samsung. Volume is loud, and a best with selected models such as movie, music, and speaking. There's no time on display, but does need selected time zone! Screen stays cooler than other brands.

The picture quality is great with some of the best black if have seen on led tv. The action sequences in movies showed no lag or fade in the picture. Dark scenes were excellent where you could distinguish subtle movement in dark outdoor scenes.

    Is it a Smart Tv?

I'm giving a average+ review because there are things about it that I really like and things that aren't so great. PROs: Great picture. Good sound. Easy setup. CONs: Not really that smart. When I read the LG supplied information I thought built-in Alexa meant that it would be like using a Fire stick for changing tv programs. What it can do is be a command center for a world of LG stuff like changing the temperature of your refrigerator. Changing programs, not so much. LG world does not support many of the popular streaming services like Discovery + and HBO Max. Since those are 2 of 3 services that we use the most I could either use casting from my phone and drain the battery or purchase a streaming device (I opted for Google Chrome). Now I can watch what I want and use voice command for what I'm watching. For some reason when I switched from streaming programing through LG to Google Chrome I had to change the picture setting from Standard to Vivid to get same sharpness of picture.

Great TV. It was easy to set up and connect to the receiver. The Filmaker screen mode looks amazing. The only downside is that the TV base legs are very far apart. We needed to get a new TV stand that is wide enough to hold the TV

Did a lot of research before making the purchase and felt comfortable with my decision, still feel that way after having it at home for a week. The only 4K content I was able to test it out with was via Amazon Prime and it was absolutely spectacular viewing. Excited for the next gen console content! One minor complaint is that the Magic remote doesn’t control our Optimum cable box entirely and the guide does not work with the guide button (you can get to it by using the lines button, but it’s clunky) and considering the majority of what we watch on cable is DVR content, it’s a bummer because there’s no way to access the DVR functions via the Magic remote at all. Having said that, I didn’t buy the tv with this knowledge, I only became excited about the possibility after reading up on the Magic remote while trying to program.

Awesome! After waiting 18 months to pull the trigger on this specific model, Very fortunate that my Local Best Buy had an Open Box 2021 Model for sale. Only one within 200 miles. This TV is absolutely outstanding for streaming, YouTubing, and watching movies, paired up with a Klipsch Cinema 600W sound bar, it’s hard not to enjoy life’s guilty pleasures. LGs Cinema Mode is great. Have not had an opportunity to watch NFL on this TV but the Euro league futbol streams with very limited motion blur. Mounted on a wall with little sunlight, the darks are soo rich! I don’t have any Cons to report besides the poor sound the TV w/out a Soundbar outputs is still louder than your Vizio, Insignia, and Sony Bravia.

This is my first smart tv and so far I love it! I went back and forth trying to decide on a TV in the store based on the picture quality, decided upon this one, and I’m so glad I did. It’s easy to understand the smart tv features and very user friendly as far as navigating the different menus and channels. The picture quality is amazing and I love the different modes for different media’s. We play a lot of video games and the detailed picture with crisp graphics is really helpful for better gaming. No problems with it at all so far and I have high hopes that it will be a lasting television!! 10/10

Great TV. Colors really pop. Love the magic remote though they could add backlighting. The stands are 46.5 inches apart from inside one leg to another so plan for a stand that is wide enough unless you are mounting it.

Great TV Amazing picture and capabilities. Easy to use. We got a fantastic price and the folks at Best Buy were so helpful. The only down side was that I had to unload the TV and carry into the house with the delivery service. They sent one guy to unload and deliver a 65” tv.

This is a great TV for the price, but it is not capable of delivering HDR because the brightness levels are half of what is needed for HDR viewing. the nits for brightness is at 400, and the needed brightness is 700 nits at minimum. I saw the image at our local best buy and the image looked amazing because it was a marketing video that was heavy on the contrast, but a normal movie does have those deep contrast scenes so we need a brighter screen to help with HDR. It has a IPS display and other panels out there are VA displays which are better for contrast ratio. for 300 dollars more I would recommend going for a smaller size and better quality through Samsung Q80 or a Sony x950h
