Good Tv but backlighting is not good!

It looks like i have a flashlight shining on the upper right corner. It also had some flickering every 45 minutes. My LG from 2019 which was half the cost didn't have any bleeding. Maybe i just got a Monday morning set or its really this bad across this model. Nice TV but will be returning today.
