Looked at OLED but ultimately decided that NanoCell/QLED would be best. I’m very happy with the decision. The glare from the sun used to make our old 4k TV unwatchable sometimes. This is a world of difference.

I can have it on 5 volume and I can hear it just as if it were on 15. The mount port on the back on the tv holds well but always tighten the screws after mounting it.

They were extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, on time, personable, and a total joy. We can’t recommend working with Best Buy enough to install a media system

Overall it is a 5 star, I had to call customer service to learn how to connect it to my peloton bike, and they have the best customer service.

Original purchased a Samsung 8000 model in 65", which had an issue with the pixel and returned it and purchased this NanoCell 90 in 65". The quality of black and overall picture is no match and better buy.

Very disappointed that your sales rep did not tell me that Direct TV stream does not have an App for LG TV’s. Now I must have a fire stick to access my Direct TV stream to be able to watch my shows. If I had known that, I would have purchased another brand TV that supported Direct Tv stream. Best Buy needs to fully disclose which Tv brands support which streaming services. Not disclosed at time of purchase. Very disappointed in the advice I received.

I noticed several “out of box” options to save money, but it really wasn’t enough money saved to consider how to get tv home without getting scuffed up not being protected in a box. I was given discount coupon from manufacture but store would not allow me to use it stating tv was advertised has discount price already. That is the reason I chose that brand because I have been happy with that product and I have established a repoor w/ that company. Unpleasant experience for me as a customer. I know that company would not be pleased f denying me of that privilege
