Spent over an hour searching solutions online including a live chat with LG that concluded with them telling me to contact BestBuy for inspection, repair, replacement, or return because it had an internal failure - on day one. Pros: I noticed very nice 4k life-like quality with an included type of screensaver that shows museum art pieces. - Sound was nice - The remote can be used like a Wii remote to move a cursor on the screen. Major con: (outside the internal failure) You are warned not to display an image for an extended period of time or it may "stick" on the screen.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent hours looking at specs and reading reviews. I was pretty sure this was the right TV for us. Here are few things I'm disappointed with... There is a ton of backlight bleed. Our old Samsung LED TV didn't have nearly this much bleed. The TV menus and controls are laggy. There is a delay when I hit pause and I often hit pause again before it pauses, so then it unpauses. I guess I would get used to this after some time, but the spinning wheels on other screens will likely get more annoying over time. When the TV first comes on, it defaults to antenna with volume turned up. Since I don't have an antenna hooked up, I get an annoying amount of white noise. I don't think I can live with these issues for the next 5 years, so I'm online right now looking for another TV.
