    We were looking for a more "crisp" picture. This TV seemed too dark for our tastes. We returned it and got a QLED TV.

    Was to arrive on August 12th was informed that it was delayed, will receive on August 25th. Approximately one week before delivery I was informed it would be delayed until September 4th. Because they could not guarantee that I would receive on September 4th I requested cancellation of the order.

    This tv is garbage and came out of the factory as e-waste. There is nothing redeeming about this terrible tv, poor color, poor contrast and the input lag is abominable.. im convinced all 4-5 star reviews are lg reps being forced to write reviews for them. Returning this garbage and getting a Hisense U8G, better tv for less money

    Home picture quality not same as store quality

    TV looked great in showroom, but picture quality was poor once it was installed in our house. Salesman did not mention that satellite HD is not same quality as their programming in store, particularly local stations. We'll probably return it

    I was very impressed with this tv in how it handled my room lighting. I have a large picture window that previously had a Vizio and it is a big improvement in brightness and handling of glare. Favorite part of this tv was the remote. Love how you can go on the web with it. I do wish you could change the color of the mouse though. Only thing I was hoping was a bit cheaper price as the last year model was a bit cheaper but I liked how the tv stand was more narrow.

    Has been a great TV! I had the last gen Xbox on this and immediately upgraded to the Series X! Runs smoothly at 120fps and is a great TV! Paired it with the LG soundbar and works perfectly!

    It was time I needed to upgrade to a better and bigger TV and this one was definitely the correct choice. Picture and color quality are amazing for movies and gaming. Very pleased with this purchase.

    Good quality good price. The 120 hz gsync in the morning flickers to colder temps. Overclocks may effect it. Retune your nvidia curve.

    Full array local dimming was what I was looking for and found this TV. TV performs, looks and sounds great. Dolby Atmos, with an additional sound bar is a must!

    YOUTUBE TV doesn't work

    Overall I like this TV except for one thing..... The Youtube TV app doesn't work as it should. Initially it was fine but then after a couple days I began experiencing a couple issue with it. One is that the guide doesn't update and when you go into it all you see is a previous time period. Then the second issue is that the rewind/fast forward for a program doesn't work either. It simply goes to the beginning of the program. I have to delete the app and re-install it to get it back working. But again that only lasts for a little while. I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now and I've had to re-install the app over a dozen times. The app works fine on my other TV's and I don't have any problems with the other apps on this LG TV.... Just weird.
