It took the sales rep 15 min .to find the remote and then after mounting tv I found out the remote they gave me is for the 2020 model and it don't function correctly . Rather than go threw the issue at best buy I got a remote form ebay . tv is great , bad sales tactics at best buy . No more open box . They knew it was incorrect remote . 1 less star .

Words cannot describe how much i hate using this tv everyday no matter what settings i choose because there is only an illusion of having setting choices. It really is a joke. This tv has half (at best) of the settings most lg tvs have and most of them don't do a thing. They should be ashamed of this product. Choose from dark yellowish brown screen to orangy yellow. The lighting and clarity are crap. I habe spent probably 24 hours trying to get settings right and when i go online everyone verifies it's just a terrible tv. I have no idea why the rating appears high and i wish i didn't fall for it. This product angers me everyday and i've had this tv for at least 2 years. I am tempted to pull a The Office and smash this thing.
