wonderful 4k tv and soundbar. jeff and his team did a fine job in setting up the tv and accesories and making sure everything worked ok. i would tell everyone how much of an upgrade 4k television is. thank you for everything.

Great sound. Fantastic picture quality. Do not expect much from the "smart" part of this TV. The browser is horrible. I called LG in hopes there was an update. Not updateable! That's just the way it is.

Love the deep blacks and processor speed great buy if u like premium Tv's.

I got the 65 inch tv with a mid range sound bar and the total package is awesome

It’s a PIA to set up but picture is great and football games looks awesome.

First big TV for us had 50 inch same make,big difference in picture quality.

I expected more from the tv. I guess because I had high expectations. But I like the size and the fact that it’s a smart tv compares to my 2000’s tv. The tv was the priciest for its size and so that’s why I felt I would get more but honestly it’s just like any other tv. By the way, I don’t know much about TVs in general. So maybe messing with the settings would help.

Have used this for 3 years, but only when we are in Florida. So really use 1 1/2 year. Start shutting off randomly, now nothing. Call customer service to have a discussion about what needs to be done with the television. They said well you’re out of warranty nothing we can do call service person. What wonderful customer service LG has with their televisions. I called a local LG service company to look at the TV. They called me back and says do you have an extended warranty I said no they said oh that’s too bad. Looked at the TV and said it’s junk, keep in mind I paid $2500 for what I thought it was a good TV now I know it’s not. It’s terrible customer service. I will never buy another LG anything ever again.

This TV is gorgeous. The most concerning thing about it was how thin it was! I was afraid to take it out of the box! Stop reading this and buy it already.

Very good picture get a sound bar if you’re hard of hearing

I wouldn't own any other type of TV after experiencing OLED. LG are the most affordable and the WebOS is interface is the easiest to use. 5 stars. Exchanged a 55" for 65" of the same model.

Some apps, like Netflix, crash a lot. The "magic" remote is not so magic. Half the features of the remote don't work with most apps, have to manually scroll with the arrows for most apps. And you can't type on most apps with the recommended LG keyboard. Seems the software needs some work. But overall, we like it. Barely worth the sale price.

This is my first "nice tv" It is my pride and joy. It is fast. It is beautiful. It is everything I hoped it would be. Black and white movies look crazy cool with the depth of black. Very Happy

delivery on time, geek squad professional and helpful. Unboxing was nervewracking, it's VERY thin ! Setup was a breeze, I downloaded calibration notes from CNET and that was helpful.

I like everything about this tv except the sound quality. For the money, I expected better sound quality. I even bought the LG soundbar and rear speakers. Would still recommend to others.

LG OLED TVs have a lot of problems. I wouldn’t go with an OLED until these problems are sorted out. Quality is awesome though. If you’re like me who just want a trouble free experience, stay away from anything OLED.

The tv far exceeds my expectations. The interface is incredible and easy to use. My six year old daughter was able to master it in under a day. Absolutely love everything about it.

So far love all the features. The picture is so clear you have to actually get use to it. The TV itself is so thin when mounted it’s truly looks likes it’s just hannging on the wall.
