    Do Not Buy LG TV

Do Not Buy LG TVs. They do not let you update the operating systems. I bought a Smart TV 4 years ago that basically useless right now since most of the Apps got disable and it's telling me I need to buy a newer version TV. So I bought a New OLED TV last year, it's the most expensive TV at Best Buy. But it's telling me I need to buy a newer TV again so I can get newer Operating System if I want to use Google Hub, Amazon Hub, or Anything Smart Devices with it. They don't let you even update for more money. Their Options are to buy newer TV. Samsung or Sony does not do this. I have checked with Best Buy about Samsung & Sony , people are using smart devices with them with 4 year old TVs. I will never buy a LG product ever again. and I am stuck with very expensive not so smart LG TV. I paid $3500 for this 65 inch OLED TV.

Owned TV for 2 days, made my wife dizzy and sick, gave me a pretty bad headache. Kinda sucks because the tv quality is excellent otherwise, but couldnt watch it for 30-45 mins. Returned to BB and purchased Samsung QLED, picture isnt quite as good but no eye strain issues.

    Bought Dec 2016 BURN IN

When I bought this TV Dec 2016 I had ask best TV for the money. Loved this TV. But noticed recently I had burn in imagines. My daughters noticed also. When I googled this problem it is common to this TV. I am 65 years old and never had a issue before. Because of this I have to give this TV ONE star. Today went back to Best Buy & bought a Samsung Q70R. Very pleased with this picture quality. LED TV's have come along way since 2016.

The picture is only great when it works!! After 6 months of super picture, it has been worthless ever since. DO NOT RELY ON LG FACTORY WARRANTY!!! BUY Best Buy or Square Trade to protect yourself if you want to take a chance.

    Too fragile!

We purchased an LG UHD TV with HDR in July. Model OLED65B8PUA. Two days ago the screen cracked after just a mild adjustment trying to move the tv closer to the wall. Our call to Best Buy, where we bought it, says that is not covered by the warranty. If this is the case, we certainly will not buy another. Is this TV so fragile that it cannot be moved? Has this happened to others???
