Unpacking the tv was easy. They recommend two people to unpack. Weight is about 55 pounds which one man could lift but the shape is too awkward for one person. It is a good size for hanging on the living room wall. The controller is a little strange and requires some time to understand.

Fantastic TV. Works perfectly with the Xbox Series X as well as my Denon receiver. Only complaint is the magic remote can be annoying in some applications, such as Netflix where if the remote moves the show will resume playing if paused. Otherwise, no complaints!

I got laid off from work after I bought this TV. I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK. This is the most amazing television I have ever sat and watched. Will definitely be buying a OLED tv in the future.

You cant beat the 4K colors and the array of shades and depth. The TV experience is an automatic improvement. Sound is a little tricky as it needs some adjustment to the specific room where the TV will be located. But once its done the sound is fine. However the controller operation system takes some time to memorize and use. Its a bit of a challenge and can be made easier and a an better user experience.

I needed to get a smart tv to replace our old "dumb" tv.I checked the web, and store ads and decided on the LG 65" OLED smart tv. Best decision I've ever made. Couple it with the Amazon Fire-Cube and we have a great entertainment system!

I went to buy a Samsung TV and end buying the LG which I am very happy I followed the advice of the salesperson, the imagine is fantastic as you can see every detail of the picture, the colors are incredible and the size is just right

I already have the LG C9 Oled 55 inch For the bedroom and I wanted to upgrade the TV in the living room too but needed a bigger size. Went for the B9 and I can’t really tell much of a difference. Can’t go wrong with that tv.

This is my second LG Oled purchase and the quality is consistent year to year. If you are looking for the purest blacks and contrast it gets no better than this. Would highly recommend spending the extra buck to do it right!

Excellent customer service. Great delivery and service. TV is very easy to set up. Also bought a DV/Blue Ray player and a LG sound bar. Great system and sounds excellent. Definitely would purchase from Best Buy again.

we have thoroughly enjoyed the LG OLED television. The picture clarity is the best I have ever seen. You feel like you are on site with many of the settings.

Well was easy to set up and our first 4K. Switched from a 3Dtv. I’ll always like the depth of 3D more and sad they discontinued them. But I have had the 3D Lg for 7 years and it’s still going. So got an LG 4k
