Great tv for the money

The webos operating system is easy and intuitive and there is sufficient picture customization. Overall it was a great deal on a quality brand. I mainly like that it has 3 hdmi ports where most only have one or two. Plus I like that it has a bezel so I can adjust it on the full motion wall mount without touching the screen. The sound is nothing special compared to any other tv but I have a Samsung sound bar with subwoofer so not a concern for me.

Bad remote not easy to use

First LG tv, good so far

Too many options for sound in my opinion, just play what will be clear! And I feel like it lags sometimes but overall good quality. This is my first LG tv.

New TV for the family

Unfortunately the last TV my toddler accidentally broke it with her doll. She was overly excited to show us a character on TV that she ran and pointed at the TV with her doll. I'm glad we purchased this tv. Thank you!

Easiest return ever!

The associate behind the customer service counter(forgot his name) was incredible. He was very helpful, knew the situation was frustrating and annoying and made me feel like I was taken care of. I had to tip him. I think was maybe inside the store for 10 minutes total. I will definitely be coming back to this location and hopefully can interact with him again.
