Good quality and has everything you would expect from a smart tv. The remote is outdated and not the most convenient to use. There are lighter spots around the top corner and the tv glitches every so often but nothing too concerning. A decent tv for the price, but would not re purchase.

Complaint about poor service

Made four visits to the shop just to get the right TV mount and received three installers before it was carried out. The paid TV mount was not received and refund yet to be received & confirmed. I am unsatisfied with the service level and quality from the best buy, I urge you to take customer service humane and serious. Thanks for the TV now mounted with TV mount bought from other outlet.
