    Extremely disappointed that the LG tv is unable to provide a TV quide display. The guide will not populate any information. Tech was unsure if it was a compatible issue or not. He made a valiant effort to get the guide to work and even contacted other tech support people for feedback. Also, I paid for the Smart TV set up and demo but did not receive any demo on how to use the Smart TV features other than trying to resolve the TV guide issue.
