I wouldn’t know how great the TV is because mine was damaged when I opened it. I tried to return it on the app (how I ordered the TV) and it said I had to come in to the store. By the time I came into the store, I was outside the return window and they told me to pound sand, even though I had pictures of the damage from when I opened the box. I went into the store, they told me to call the customer service number. I called the customer service number, they told me to go to the store. I tried calling the store - I got the customer service again. I’ve spent a lot of Chritstmas’s at Best Buy, but this will be the last dollar they see from me ever! Calling to cancel my Best Buy Citi card tomorrow since I won’t be needing those points!

TV arrived shattered. I am unable to return within the return window and as such I am out $350.

The LG 65 inch UHD AI TV has an amazing picture that is sharp bright and colorful especially for movies and sports. The AI upscaling makes older content look surprisingly good and the smart features are smooth and easy to use. Sound quality is decent though a soundbar helps bring it to life. My only complaint is the remote feels clunky and the interface can lag sometimes but overall it is a great TV for the price.

Nice big tv with a nice 4K screen, but the lg interface lacks compared to Amazon Fire and Samsung, and there were a few quirks with it. One is that the ai settings made some of the grainy Netflix shows look poorly generated, specifically on my Apple TV. Had to turn all of those off in settings to get a descent rendition as well as change some setting on Apple TV. Also the 2 leg stand could be a little more secure, as it is still slightly wobbly which is a bit of a design flaw imo.

TV works well easy to set up. Lightweight and picture is very nice. Good price too.

This is a fantastic TV for a great price. Easy to set up in the picture is phenomenal. I love my new TV.

We purchased to replace a 55 inch LG and could not be happier. We bought a Sonos sound bar as well and the LG allows for digital optical out and the other we were considering Samsung did not offer that option. The picture is great for movies and the remote control is user friendly.

Im obsessed with the LG 65” Class, 4K Smart The colors are absolutely gorgeous — rich, vibrant, and buttery smooth. Watching movies and shows feels cinematic, and even simple YouTube videos look extra. The LG webOS is super easy to use The sound quality is solidl and the overall design looks sleek and modern in my living room. Long story short: this TV is giving luxury vibes without the drama. Love it. Would totally recommend.

The LG 65"TV has worked out well for us. Great picture and vibrant colors, easy to set-up with great instructions. We look forward to hours of enjoying this new TV.

A great television I love the size. The clarity of the picture is very very good. I would definitely buy this TV again.

Been using the tv for about 5 days now. Has a great picture for the low price point. The blacks are not the darkest of course but that’s to be expected with this lower end tv. For the price though I am pleasantly surprised with the picture and features.

The television itself works great, but I hate the remote. It is not user-friendly.

TV looks great in our Fitness Center. The team did a great job installing it and the picture looks clear, colorful, and bright. Just what we needed. I did my research beforehand and the reviews were good enough for me to consider this one in the first place. We have all LG TV's in our space and this fits right in. I am not an overly technical buyer because you can always spend more and get higher quality but this is a great value for the price.

this is the fifth one of these TVs that I have purchased for our nonprofit and we use it for presentations to the public. I love that it is easy to use for all our volunteers and we are able to have them all Networked together.

Great picture quality for the price, lightweight and easily wall hung

I have to say that this TV was a steal for the price. Yes, it is "just" LED and 60hz, but the picture is amazing. Am I a fan of the webOS TV? Not so much. I would rather it have been a Roku TV, but it just takes a little bit to get used to. I never thought I would say this about TV speakers, but the speakers on this unit are the best that I have heard for for a TV. I think for many families, especially those on a budget that can't afford a sound bar, this is a huge plus. All in all a great purchase. Dinged one star for webOS
