    I love a LG tv!! I’ve had my eye on this one for a while and it was gifted to me. I do have to change the settings depending on what I’m watching but it’s just a click so no big deal. I would most definitely recommend this tv!

    TV works decently well but occasionally glitches upon start up. Color and depth are great, but the overall lag/ glitching can be frustrating (especially with an impatient toddler in tow!).

    No More HDR Issues!!

    One of my biggest issues with LG UHD TVs were having trouble turning off the HDR. With this LG, I had no issues finding where the HDR option is and accessing it.

    Will never buy another product from Best Buy again

    Paid for tv mount and basic installation. Technician was a dream. Had my tv mounted and connected to my Apple TV device and a dvd player within 20 minutes. Showed me how to work and I was extremely happy with the tv and service. So happy that I then went back to Best Buy and bought a 75” LG model from them and paid for the same installation but this time did not require wall mounting, just placed on a console. Technician (and I use the term loosely, delivery man would be more accurate ) Arrived with tv, took it out of the box, placed it on the console, plugged it in and then gave me the remote to set it up (can I add there was no instructions) I explained I had paid for basic installation and I assumed that that it meant it would be connected to one device to show it was working correctly . So for the next 20 minutes he pressed buttons, plugged and unplugged the Apple device but could not get it to show on the tv. I actually carried my old tv into the living room and connected it to the Apple device to show that it was working. The “technician “ then said he would leave the tv and I could call Best Buy to get another technician. I told him no, if the tv was not working with the one device I wanted connecting (I don’t have cable, just the Apple device) then he could take it away. He stated he would call Best Buy and then walked back to his van. When he didn’t return, I looked outside to discover he had just driven away and left my non functioning 75” tv behind on the stand, not connected to anything. Can I just point out that it is now December 23rd at 3pm. I have an extremely heavy non working tv on my console. I live alone and cannot move it. My old tv is on the floor next to it. Geek squad customer service say I have to wait till tomorrow morning (Christmas Eve) before I can set up a return. When I called Geek squad back to see if it was possible to send just a technician to see if he could connect the device, the agent hung up on me and I had to call a third time. Again, nothing can be done till Christmas Eve. I have bought all my major appliances, previous tv’s and Apple MacBook from Best Buy but will never buy another thing from them. BTW the 65” TV works like a dream, shame I can’t review the 75”!!

    Horrible Customer Service - Happy Holidays!

    I wouldn’t know how great the TV is because mine was damaged when I opened it. I tried to return it on the app (how I ordered the TV) and it said I had to come in to the store. By the time I came into the store, I was outside the return window and they told me to pound sand, even though I had pictures of the damage from when I opened the box. I went into the store, they told me to call the customer service number. I called the customer service number, they told me to go to the store. I tried calling the store - I got the customer service again. I’ve spent a lot of Chritstmas’s at Best Buy, but this will be the last dollar they see from me ever! Calling to cancel my Best Buy Citi card tomorrow since I won’t be needing those points!

    I wasn’t even in the market for a new TV—I just happened to see this one marked down from its original price and figured, why not? The picture quality is great with crisp images and bright, vivid colors. The 65-inch is also a really sizable display in the bedroom. Good fit, actually. It uses LED technology, which is tried and true, and it gets plenty bright—bright enough to watch comfortably in a room with a lot of sunlight without the image washing out. The built-in speakers actually sound pretty good, especially with the AI features that enhance both the audio and video. The TV runs on LG’s webOS, which I generally like. It can be a little laggy at times, which LG could definitely improve, but overall it’s solid and I still prefer it over Samsung’s OS for their displays. Personally, I use Apple TV on all my displays, so tvOS is still my favorite. That said, this TV can work as a smart home hub and integrates nicely with Apple HomeKit, which is what I use. I did expect it to come with a Magic Remote, but it didn’t. Honestly, it’s not a big deal. You can use your phone as a remote, which I usually do when I need to change settings on the TV outside of tvOS anyway. Overall, it’s a lot of TV for the money and feels like something that’ll last. I’m happy with the purchase.

    Love it! The size is perfect and fits my apartment really well. The picture is sharp, the sound quality is great, and the technology is excellent. Very easy to use and totally worth it!
