I wouldn’t know how great the TV is because mine was damaged when I opened it. I tried to return it on the app (how I ordered the TV) and it said I had to come in to the store. By the time I came into the store, I was outside the return window and they told me to pound sand, even though I had pictures of the damage from when I opened the box. I went into the store, they told me to call the customer service number. I called the customer service number, they told me to go to the store. I tried calling the store - I got the customer service again. I’ve spent a lot of Chritstmas’s at Best Buy, but this will be the last dollar they see from me ever! Calling to cancel my Best Buy Citi card tomorrow since I won’t be needing those points!

The TV arrived broken. The TV arrived broken. The box was intact, but the TV inside was broken. It's incredible how they managed to put a broken TV into the box.

TV arrived shattered. I am unable to return within the return window and as such I am out $350.

I wasn’t even in the market for a new TV—I just happened to see this one marked down from its original price and figured, why not? The picture quality is great with crisp images and bright, vivid colors. The 65-inch is also a really sizable display in the bedroom. Good fit, actually. It uses LED technology, which is tried and true, and it gets plenty bright—bright enough to watch comfortably in a room with a lot of sunlight without the image washing out. The built-in speakers actually sound pretty good, especially with the AI features that enhance both the audio and video. The TV runs on LG’s webOS, which I generally like. It can be a little laggy at times, which LG could definitely improve, but overall it’s solid and I still prefer it over Samsung’s OS for their displays. Personally, I use Apple TV on all my displays, so tvOS is still my favorite. That said, this TV can work as a smart home hub and integrates nicely with Apple HomeKit, which is what I use. I did expect it to come with a Magic Remote, but it didn’t. Honestly, it’s not a big deal. You can use your phone as a remote, which I usually do when I need to change settings on the TV outside of tvOS anyway. Overall, it’s a lot of TV for the money and feels like something that’ll last. I’m happy with the purchase.

I bought the LG 65” UA7050 Series 4K TV (2025) and overall I’m very happy with it. The picture quality is excellent. Movies, streaming, and games all look sharp and the colors look great right out of the box. One feature I really like is that the TV lets me use my soundbar and the TV speakers at the same time. That’s a nice option because sometimes I don’t want to use the soundbar but it’s already connected. I also have three LG TVs in my house, and the remotes all have the same layout. That’s actually really convenient because I don’t have to relearn a different remote for each TV. My only small complaint is the webOS interface. It works fine, but it could definitely be smoother and a little easier to navigate. Overall though, this is a great TV with a fantastic picture and I’d definitely recommend it.

Love the Television, great visual stimulation, a lot of features/channels. Dislikes, the buttons on the remote are small and too close together. Too many buttons/options on the remote.

Would highly recommend this LG 65UA7050 tv. This is our second LG tv and it has improved even more over our prior 2019 model. Ease of start-up out of the box with intuitive setup steps. We had to add the Paramount+ app but that was fairly easy to do. The Live TV app brings in several over the air digital signals with just an indoor antenna attached. Streaming is great. Picture quality excellent. At around 35 pounds, it is easy to mount to a wall mount bracket.

This is my first LG as I have always had Samsung TVs. After reviewing the description and specs, I thought I would give it a try. I was truly surprised in the clarity and picture quality of this TV. I did not expect this for a $400.00 65" TV. Set up was easy. I would have given a rating of 5 stars if the remote was better. There are too many keys on a small remote leading to the wrong key being pushed. You have a ueless key for voice input that does not work on this TV. You need to purchase a different remote (which has bad reviews) if you want this function.

I love my beautiful LG!! Beautiful quality. What a difference a size and mounting makes. I went from a 40” just sitting on a tv stand to a mounted 65”. Great buy and price point!!

I’m very happy with this LG UHD TV. The picture quality is sharp, colorful, and clear, especially when watching movies and sports. The sound is also good, and the setup was quick and easy. The smart features work smoothly, and the apps load fast. For the price, this TV offers amazing value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality smart TV.

Love it! The size is perfect and fits my apartment really well. The picture is sharp, the sound quality is great, and the technology is excellent. Very easy to use and totally worth it!

The LG 65 inch UHD AI TV has an amazing picture that is sharp bright and colorful especially for movies and sports. The AI upscaling makes older content look surprisingly good and the smart features are smooth and easy to use. Sound quality is decent though a soundbar helps bring it to life. My only complaint is the remote feels clunky and the interface can lag sometimes but overall it is a great TV for the price.

Overall, the BRAVIA 7 is a great choice if you want a high-quality TV with excellent picture performance, strong brightness, and reliable Sony processing. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I'm loving my LG tv, I'm not surprised because its my favorite brand. I'm still learning all of the functions but it seems like its easy to find what I need. It was definitely easy to hook my Fire Stick up to it and the apps that come with the t.v is perfect.

TV works well easy to set up. Lightweight and picture is very nice. Good price too.
