Well I am hoping I do not have the same kind of service issues with this that I am having with my HP Lap top, when I tried to purchase this online they said it was the lowest price it would be even on black friday, then a week after I bought it, it was $22 cheaper, so I had to ask for that refund, then the tv keeps losing signal and we have to shut it down and re-boot, I truly hope this is not going to be an issue, but as far as gettingn it nin a timely manner, yes and it was brought into the house for me, packaging was good, the guys that delivered it was nice and courtious, sadly due to the issues I am having with my 7 month old computer, I won't be buying from this company ever again,"unless they make it right"

Overall the LG UHD 65" TV has an exceptional picture at its price point! I am very happy with it, and would highly recommend buying this tv to anyone. Go ahead and buy it, you won't be disappointed!

This TV is perfect for me. Clear picture, easy to navigate, the smart home hub is helpful and easy to use. Sound is great. Delivery and setup was straightforward and smooth! Would def recommend!

The product is very good. For starters, it is very easy to install and set up (LG provides good instructions on how to assemble and set up, including how-to videos). The TV is easy to connect to Wi-Fi for streaming. One caveat is that sometimes a few apps crash or are slow to start (I had experienced a few issues so far with Disney+ app, for example). But overall, the product offers great value and quality.

Has a pretty crisp picture and sound quality isn’t too bad. The 65 inch fits my living room very well. This is the second 65 inch LG TV I have pictures and I been pleased with both of them.

I bought this for my newly renovated basement. It is the same as my main TV. You don’t mess with quality. This is a fully direct backlit screen with amazing viewing angles and sharp, bright contrasty picture. Set up was easy thanks to the great Best Buy installer who was both professional and pleasant as well as expedient. Highly recommend the tv and the service.

The tv looks well made and the picture is stunning. The webos operating system is easy and intuitive and there is sufficient picture customization. Overall it was a great deal on a quality brand. I mainly like that it has 3 hdmi ports where most only have one or two. Plus I like that it has a bezel so I can adjust it on the full motion wall mount without touching the screen. The sound is nothing special compared to any other tv but I have a Samsung sound bar with subwoofer so not a concern for me.

Went in to return an online purchase for a tv that arrived severely damaged. The associate behind the customer service counter(forgot his name) was incredible. He was very helpful, knew the situation was frustrating and annoying and made me feel like I was taken care of. I had to tip him. I think was maybe inside the store for 10 minutes total. I will definitely be coming back to this location and hopefully can interact with him again.

Would highly recommend this LG 65UA7050 tv. This is our second LG tv and it has improved even more over our prior 2019 model. Ease of start-up out of the box with intuitive setup steps. We had to add the Paramount+ app but that was fairly easy to do. The Live TV app brings in several over the air digital signals with just an indoor antenna attached. Streaming is great. Picture quality excellent. At around 35 pounds, it is easy to mount to a wall mount bracket.

The webOS interface is easy to use and fast, and voice control makes finding shows simple. Overall, it’s a great TV with smart features that actually feel useful.

Tv is a great fit for my home and living room space. The tv automatically syncs with my other connecting such at my PS5 and sound bar making it all one hub so there’s no having to constantly switch between different input channels. The tv adds great sound to the space and the overall display works great with different room lighting so there’s no need to adjust the brightness. Overall great tv and would recommend to anyone.

The television is awesome. I bought it for my sister and her family. They live in Nevada and I live in Michigan. No problem the associate was awesome and handled all of the details and the Tv arrived right on time. It was a Christmas gift. Problem the TV was too big. My sister called Best Buy and explained their problem . They picked out a smaller TV and Best Buy is picking up the TV no charge and will order the new Tv and it will be delivered. Great service they went the extra mile and I didn’t have to anything. It pays to be a member for over 20 years. Thank you Best Buy

the screen quality was not bad, but the remote has to many buttons and they are too close together. the home button is right above the up button so its common to be searching and accidently takes you home screen
