    Solid option for the price. Wish it had a magic remote but you can achieve the same effect through the ThinkLG app.

    Original purchase didnt have the remote. Screws, or foot stands. Had to return to the store and pbysically show tem it was missing. This happens alot so make sure you triple check before you leave the store to not waste your time hauling the tv or appliance back to the store.

    Defective TV and Poor Customer Service

    If I could give this product a negative rating, I absolutely would. I couldn’t have been more disappointed! I purchase this tv on August 26, 2025 and received it several days later. For the tv up, turned it on and there were several red dots in the screen. I called for a replacement, and had to wait several more days to get it. When delivered, I kept asking the guy to check to make sure there were no issues because this is the 2nd tv. He kept saying it works, it works, but wouldn’t check it. When I got this one out the box and turned on, this tv had more red dots in the screen that the one before. I called Best Buy to explain the situation, kept getting transferred, having to explain the situation 20 times to 20 different people, then finally after 2.5 hours of this foolishness, I got someone to help and then was offered a refund and. Pickup of the tv, but they can’t come until 9/9!! Now I have to store this tv in my home until then, wasting my space, AND my refund will not be processed until the tv is picked up!! I will NEVER order anything else from Best Buy, NEVER!!!

    Screen off mode issues

    The TV has issues with the screen off mode. The picture would auto shut off with the sound continuing, but it was not placed in the screen off mode. I need to return and get another TV.

    Add Mom over Christmas gift

    There is a problem with this TV. There are three spots kind of like a light across the top of the screen. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. She called Best Buy and the lady on the phone said she wasn’t sure if you could return the TV if you don’t have the box. She also said there would be a restocking fee. I find this so interesting that you would even bring up a restocking fee for a TV that is not right is that what you do you just put them back on the shelf then the lady said you only have until January 15 to return it.

    This was a bit of an impulse buy, I was looking to upgrade my tv and found this little gem after doing some research and recon at the Best Buy on Pico in LA. It’s a great rally nice unit - the picture quality is almost too good - lol! I really love it and it’s been pretty easy to navigate so far but I have a lot to learn still. The install team were great - quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and were early in the “delivery window”’ I am very pleased all the way around and would definitely recommend

    perfect buy for the money grear picture good quality newer tvs over rated and over priced perfect tv for ( 2025 ) model year other newer tvs over rated > given the fact that more than likely, You will not be able to enjoy the pi ture quality due to poor signal in the U.S. we have not upgraded the cable system to 8k and not many movies require that high of a refresh rate. the refresh rate is great top of the line TV for the Price highly recommend ***** five stars no regrets

    65” UA77 Series LED

    It’s a great budget TV. The 65” should be the go to option for a well sized living room. If you have a larger room, high ceilings, or a large viewing distance, you’ll want to head for a larger screen size. For general viewing the LCD/ LED 4K UHD panel is sufficient even since most cable services don’t even broadcast in 4K. For rooms that aren’t well lit or have some sun glare, this tv is the better choice as opposed to OLED. Also once you get far enough away, 4K resolution begins to subtend into 1080p making the QNED and OLED display gains less noticeable. Got this as a present and they love it. Some additional help and instructions may be necessary to help those who haven’t used a smart tv before work through all the initial steps and settings.

    Sound adjusting too often

    Color is good but sound is not ideal. I’m constantly having to adjust sound based on what app and type of media I’m watching. I’ll probably have to get a soundbar so I’m not constantly adjusting.
