The around however is phenomenal. We probably would have kept this tv, but unfortunately it decided to turn itself on and off by itself whenever it felt like it, also the sound would go out and the tv would need to be unplugged and plugged back in to to correct the issue. It was returned and replaced with another brand.

Dissatisfied....

My cheap TCL tv bit the dust and I elected to replace it with this LG set. Much to my dismay this tv cannot be turned on nor change the channels using google commands. I had the T.V. delivered by Best Buy, and asked the delivery men to take the old set away. I paid them $40.00 out of pocket to do so. I now understand that Best Buy is supposed to offer to remove an old set if needed for $19.95. This was never offered. All in all I’m dissatisfied with the LG tv I purchased, the delivery, and Best Buy’s lack of customer service concerning their own processes of delivery, knowledge of merchandise, and professionalism....

Super bulky

I love my tcl but unfortunately that was a no go 3 times as they kept showing up damaged. The picture quality isnt that great either. Not extremely happy with it at all.

We all have TCL in our home, so i returned this tv and bought a TCL instead. Wouldnt recommend.

Very Good budget 4K

The TV for some reason will disconnect from wifi and the only easy way to restore it is to unplug and reconnect the power cord on the TV.

Weird glitching

It’s stopped doing that but it does have fuzzy views sometimes.

I have asked for new passwords, spoken to ppl in the story, talked with ppl out of Mexico City to try and fix my account, but I still can't access my online account. I need a tax form to be reimbursed for the taxes I spent on my Mac in November, but I can't access my account to get the form, the store won't give me a form, nobody else will give me a fprm. Because I can't access my account. Very frustrating! de

TV is JUNK!!!

In short if I could return this I would. In short the TV is absolutely horrible for gaming. Horrible! While I don’t ply games as I used to I could deal with that. A big problem I have is sometimes the WIFI somehow disconnects from the TV and us found out when we power the TV on for next day. It does not allow you to just reconnect and I am having to reset the TV every dingle time and start the TV setup again as if I’ve just brought it home, forcing me to have to update and sign in to all the apps installed on the TV. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Switching from Vizio was a huge mistake as I have NEVER had an issue.

Wish it was better

Don’t buy this TV! You’ll regret it!

I was super excited to finally get a UHD/4K TV because our other TVs are just standard 1080p HD LEDs. The biggest issue is the LAG. It blows my mind that a brand new HD TV in 2020 can’t even display regular TV shows without the picture slowing/lagging. Any sort of quick movement on screen, even someone walking quickly, creates a lag. This happens regardless of video source and quality. I’ve tried the native apps, a Roku, an Apple TV 4K, etc. This is probably the most annoying problem you’ll experience with this TV. I haven’t had a chance to watch any football games on this because I’m worried it’ll drive me insane. Even the animations during news programs slow down. It’s like a joke. The other issue is how dark scenes are displayed. No matter how much you play with the settings, dark scenes are PITCH black. Even if the lights in the room are off and the viewing angle is perfect, you literally have to squint to see details. If you start to push brightness settings up higher, it washes out the picture. It’s just really unfortunate that LG is okay with producing / selling a terrible product like this. What’s worse is due to the size of the TV and the whole COVID situation, returning/exchanging this TV isn’t a walk in the park. I don’t know what to do.
