    I kept getting invalid format pretty often when replaying content from the DVR. I had to reboot the tv to be able to play again.

    Unfortunately I had to go through 3 TV’s ..Best buy service was great and prompt in replacing and delivering the tv all 3 times .

    I like the tv but the picture is not that great and it will not connect your smartphone to the tv except you download lg plus app.

    Owned 3 LG TVs and have had great experience with all of them. This one has had problems from day one. Picture flickers off and the image cannot keep up with the action. I’ve tried multiple settings and it doesn’t fix the problem. Not sure if it’s a lemon or just a bad model. Another issue is the dark images are really bad. It doesn’t show true dark images. They are grayish instead of deep black. I will be returning it this week.

    TV came with a cracked leg stand. Not happy with Samsung parts. Told me to buy one on Amazon as they were out of stock!

    Tv leans forward off balance, safety hazard

    I've owned this tv for 9 months already and it was one of my best purchases last year. However, I do have one big complaint, enough to knock down four stars....and that's the fact that it didn't come with the screws described in the installation for the feet stand. In fact, the ones provided were either too short or too long...and because of that the tv is off balance, leaning towards the front. I'm a little afraid that this might cause problems in the future, since every now and again I here little crunching sounds....and that doesn't sound right. I think because the wrong installation screws were provided, the feet screwed onto the tv are having trouble holding on, and that must be the reason why I hear crunching sounds every now and then...recently more often than before. I hope this wont be an issue down the line. I can't mount the tv on the wall, but if I could I would have already done so otherwise in order to take down the tv's feet, since I'm starting to think that it might be a hazard later down the line.

    Doesn't like to connect to the internet alot i have to unplug it and plug it back in to work other than that decent tv

    The ironic thing is in spent a lot of time reading all the reviews for 65 inch TVs and the reason I chose this model, is that it seem to have the lowest "out of box" failure problems. Guess what happened? Mine failed in less the 1 hour "out of the box". I had just bought this TV to watch the 2020 Dayton 500. Had the TV setup on the coffee table and even cracked open a victory beer. Watch Trump do his victory lap and give his lame "your the greatest, everybody else are losers" speech, when kuplunk - the screen went black. I could hear the sound, but no picture. Best buy took back the TV without much of a problem. They looked it over to make sure I did drop it on the floor or spill my beer on it. I did not buy geek care. They offered if I wanted another one and I declined. I had purchased the TV with a $50 reward coupon, that never got refunded. Best Buy said that reward came from the credit card company. Credit card company just acted dumb about the whole thing.

    GREAT TV, it's just the picture is not as vibrant as I would like it to be for it to be a 4K UHD

    I needed a tech friend to make many adjustments to the picture quality, Personally, I wouldn’t think that the amount of adjustments that were made should have been. It should have been more precise “ out the box”. I would say that I am not 100% satisfied and may return this one. Also, again personally, I fo not like the WebOS system.

    It keeps shutting off multiple times a day on its own. We are contacting the manufacturer and hopefully they will let us switch it for one that works. It has great features on it, it just won’t stay on.
