Best Buy is the worst

However, from July of 2020, I am now opening the box to put it up. When the guy put it up it was shattered from the inside with one big dent on the upper right side. The audio plays buy the screen is inked. I am disgusted but laugh at me for picking buying a television from Best Buy. And of course, there is nothing that can be done after 15 days much less a year and a half. Lesson learned. I gave best buy $530 and now I have to buy another. I'm positive the tv was broken before it got to me because I had the screen side of the box facing the wall the entire time i've had it.

LG Smart TV

We had Geek Squad set it up but it continues to disconnect from the cable box and the wifi. Every other device in our home connects to the wifi; however, this tv can't seem to connect and it sits right next to the modem and router. When we call geek squad, we can not reach anyone because of Covid. So frustrating as it is a new TV.

Picture no good from other than straight on

Just my inexperience in purchasing TVs. I saw the reviews and thought it must be good.

Volume doesn't work after 1.5 months

Trouble from the start

Half of the time when I turn on the tv, nothing shows up and the TV freezes (can't change input or even turn off using the remote). Half to turn the tv on/off multiple times until the screen finally shows. Also, when the TV does turn on successfully, more than likely the screen will flicker until it goes dark and I have to start the process all over again. The smart tech features are ok - but if you have a Roku or Apple TV, the smart TV apps are rendered useless so I haven't used them at all. Would NOT recommend

This is a really laggy TV. Lacks seamless ness when watching videos online. Limited apps you can download and not so great for gaming.
