Not having a great experience

Giving 2 stars because, when I can get it to work, the picture is great. Calling Best Buy tomorrow to see about an exchange.

Don't waste your time!

If I leave an app open when i shut down the TV I have to manually pull power to get the TV to respond when turning it on. Audio issues when rewinding on youtube - never comes back until reboot Switching inputs is horrible, takes way too long and half the time its frozen. buy something else. Not worth the headaches, my 12 year old DUMB tv never had an issues with inputs or the power button.

Poor Wifi Connectivity

At first I thought it might be my WiFi but I have numerous other devices in the home that had no issues. Returned for a Samsung smart TV and have had no issues since. Really wanted to love this TV for the price but it wasn’t meant to be.

Do not recommend

Have problems staying connecting with my wifi for some reason. I've looked up solutions on YouTube and there are videos on how to fix the issue so it's obviously an ongoing issue with this tv. The other smart TVs in my home do not have this problem. It's not my wifi because my other devices have no problem connecting to my wifi. It's such a frustrating problem when the connection loses every 5 minutes during watching a show or movie.

I REALLY dislike this TV

Netflix and Prime applications disconnect regularly. Hard to find other apps I would like to download. I have four other TVs in the house and none of them have these issues. Not user friendly at all and doesn’t have the talk remote like the Fire TVs - Should have done a little more research before I bought this. Now it’s to late to take back. - I want to sell it off for a fraction of what I paid, lick my wounds, and buy a different one. The picture isn’t even that great. :(

Tv when they sliver and we open the Box and tv was

T v is good , your services were very disaster

Warranty service actually warranty no-service.

Called toll free LG number who passes request to a repair center who never calls to schedule the repair. Once you request repair in the first place, there is absolutely no follow up with status, etc. You have to contact LG again to get any information. Will not purchase LG in the future.

Not the best purchase

Horrible

Apps are slow and often have to exit and reopen just to make them work. Picture is fine, but I have seen many that are better. This TV doesn't work with Disney+ at least 50% of the time. I will never buy another LG product again. Do not but this tv if you are using a wifi connection. Constant buffering even with above 10 Mbs.

If you do not have cable, this tv serves no purpose other than a waste of space. You are not able to stream sports, no espn app, no hbo app, no cinemax. OH but wait you can watch NETFLIX! If it was possible to give a 0 star i would. TERRIBLE

We didn't have a great experience with this tv set

Finally decided in this LG last week we bought it installed it and two days later the screen froze we couldn't turn off or do any thing. Took it back for an exchange for the same model again five days later the same problem frozen screen had to return. This was so disappointing for the family.

WiFi Infuriating

Every.single.time!!!! It’s infuriating!!!! We can’t plug it in based off where it’s located. Internet is getting 450+mbps. Unplug the internet every single time and nothing. It won’t even pull up other networks to join.

I do not recommend

So had to drive it back to the store and do an exchange. Second tv was not damaged. I’ve been using this TV about 2 weeks now and half the time the tv will not connect to WiFi on some apps. The App Store is mediocre at best. And the clarity is not great. The TV will go from blurry to clear and back.

And we had to call for them to pick up the damage product. Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for the Tv cabinet stand to be deliver. Soooo we could then put the tv to be used for the first time. Wow thanks alot.

Worst TV ever

I tried an LG this time. I have never had a TV that went out in the first month. This one did. One month after I bough it lines started to appear on the screen then a couple of days later the screen just went to grey. I will never try LG's again.
