Disappointed

A lady in the geek squad tried to assist but was disconnected call back where I was transfer to another agent and the service was HORRIBLE!!!!

Nightmare

LG has had issues with the legs & it crashed. Destroyed tv. Best Buy basically said oh well so u lost my money. Bought a Samsung from Walmart & ❤️ It

Disappointing TV

Like I said before called BB they shipped a new one in 2 days.

When I turned it on it had red dots and because I was passed the return exchange time I’m stuck with a garbage Tv.

LG - 65" UM6900PUA- Internet connection issue

After 3 months, it started giving problems. Not able to connect to Internet. First of all, doesn't recognize the internet. Tired of calling LG customer support.

Owned for 1 month and today when I turned it on 1/3 of the screen has gone back. Now we’ll see how that warranty comes in to play

Worst junk TV

Avoid at all cost!

Horrible service

First fridge was damaged and then you wanted to drop replacement fridge off in the rain outside so a 68 year old woman could move it. Shame on you.

Not compatible with spectrum

Defective out of box
