We purchased this tv a few months ago to replace an older one we had. This is one of the best purchases we’ve made. The colors are vibrant and clear. The sound is loud and crisp and our 87 year old grandmother has no issues hearing or seeing it. It fits perfectly in our living and adds a bit of class to our living room. Definitely a great purchase!

This TV has excellent picture quality. The contrast and color are very clear and it looks great in my Livingroom!

We purchased this TV sets from the local Best Buy after checking out price at the Walmart. Mr. Ryan was very helpful with the purchase and loading it in our car. TV has better picture quality and sound too then Samsung. Due to the 65” size two people are ideal to handle it.

I really don't understand the overwhelming positive reviews on this TV. This is our second LG device and I have not liked LG at all very subpar products. The display is Ok it's pretty nice with the Xbox One and blue rays. But the TV is very slow, hard to navigate, and the remote signal to the TV is terrible. But the worst is the wifi. I have the TV 3ft from a Nighthawk router and 600mb/s service and it is a 50/50 if we can get a HD picture. I plan to try selling the TV soon and getting something better hopefully(cross my fingers). I will not buy another LG product again.

All went well at the store, bought online and picked up, I had researched on the Best Buy Site this TV, it showed stand witdth of 48.5 inches, I measured my TV Stand and it is 51 inches, good to go right? Wrong,,,, when we unboxed and put stand feet on, it would not fit, turns out the Stand Width is 52.1 inches, seems trivial, but we have a really nice furniture piece the TV sits on. I went back to Best Buy, was told" you can return it", no other solutions, so I got a 1x12 board for now and bought an after market rear mount stand on Amazon that should work. TV works fine but this was a real disappointment.

For the price vs the size... excellent purchase. Major difference from my 50". Picture is great and internal speakers sound loud and clear.

Good tv Only bad thing it always lose connection to Wi-Fi

Smart aspect isn’t at all worth it. Menu navigation is clunky, app updates are slow and never performed automatically even with the option on. Built in browser is garbagio. The resolution is ok, capable of 2160. Biggest issue with this specific model is the performance with shades and dark scenes. Terrible stutter while displaying a dark scene or a rapid movement scene.

My one concern is the weird motion on some shows. I tried to follow the directions on how to deal with tru motion but the pic still isn't great for some shows.

LG is the best brand on tv and refrigerator i like how it works more than 3 years satisfy

TV turns off in the middle of watching a TV show, playing games or movies. Tried returning it and calling customer service but they said they couldn’t do anything about. Very disappointed with the response rate and service here. It feels as if this was used/refurbished….

The smart tv features and OS are nice and fluid. The remote is very user friendly and has a dedicated Netflix button. And that's where the positive ends. The black picture quality and black uniformity is terrible. During a screen that's supposed to be black, for example a loading screen on a video game, the entire screen flickers. Its unfortunately very noticeable. It's so bad that it actually degrades the HDR content. Unlike most TV's, there are no advanced display setting like the ability to set the brightness, contrast, etc. They have several picture modes like movie, sports, game, vivid. However, if these aren't enough for you then you're out of luck. During HDR viewing this flickering causes noticeable duplications in the image. Especially during motion. The main uses for my tv will be streaming and HDR gaming. Therefore, it was taken back. I exchanged it for the Hisense 65R7 and so far so good. I bought this TV because it had the best image in store. After several days of real world use I felt like it wasn't worth the price. I bought this to replace a broken tv and afterwards it was like replacing a broken tv for a very poor tv. Only now I'm out 580 bucks(with tax). This was unacceptable and it was returned. I will not buy another LG product.

Bought the Tv and brought it home , left it in the foyer for the weekend. Noticed a big crease in the middle of it but didn’t think too much of it . Opened it on Monday and discovered the entire screen was shattered. Best Buy didn’t check the Tv with a damaged box . Then tried to blame me for their warehouse damage. Went to another store and bought Tv.

Broke after 4 years, picture was ok, other features average too.
