I also had a great experience using your Geek squad to mount this model on my wall plus untangle and organize all the wires etc. All the store staff were great plus my selection was in stock.

Nice TV. Does what it should

Looks good and even the sound through the built in speakers is decent. I have mine going through a receiver. My old receiver was not 4K. I just thought picture would be limited to what the receiver could handle but when I hooked it up, I got "invalid format". I switched out my old receiver for a new one capable of 4K with Dolby Atmos and it it much better.

Frustrating at times

It look a bit to get used to having such a clear picture. So why not 5 stars instead of the 3 I am giving as a rating? The answer is usability. The TV disconnects from WiFi when turned off. I have to reconnect almost every single time. Basically, if I turn my TV on, I expect it to work instead of having to scroll through menus to get the morning news to come on. If the last input was set to HMDI, then when I turn the TV on again, it will always be disconnected from the WiFi. I did a search and it looks like at least one other person had this problem and had to manually select their country in the General, location menu instead of having it set to "detect automatically". I am hoping this will work. Additionally, if you have any kind of mild color blindness-red/green etc, selecting items from the menu is very difficult to impossible. There is not a setting, I have found, that allows for changing colors in the menus. Other TV's have them.
