Good TV but broken screen

I still tried to turn it on and set it up, which seemed easy, but it had to be returned/exchanged. Best Buy was great, although it took a week or so for the exchange to occur. (They were out of the LG, so I got a Samsung instead.)

The LG quality is a lot better than Samsung. I went with this choice over the Samsung on Black Friday, because LG offered 3 Hdmi ports instead of 2. Both brands were 65 inch, 4k, and for the same price, but I needed 3 hdmi ports. I might stick with LG going forward, but not sure yet

Like being in a movie theater

Glad our daughter and son-in-law were here to set it up as we tend to be technologically challenged. Still it seemed easy enough that we probably could have managed. Overall very happy with this purchase

The picture is clear, and it really delivers an excellent color performance; the wide color gamut is among the best I’ve ever seen, plus the overall color rendering of this TV is deeply, powerfully vibrant. The motion handling is superb. It is light for its size.
