Had rude people at curbside pick up telling me good luck getting product in my vehicle and then having the apps and links not working and waiting an hour to have someone help and then more time to get product. Not buying from best buy again but tv is great

Great but remote doesn’t seem to always work

The only issue is that the remote that came with the TV sometimes does not always want to work. Turning volumes up and down and changing channels sometimes seems to be a challenge if you’re not just exactly pointed at the specific area of the TV for the signals to reach. I’m not sure if it’s just the angle or if there’s an issue with the TV and or the remote.

So worx to the wise dont buy a protection plan from geek squad cause they dont cover fire or water damage and i will never buy another tv from best buy again .

Have owned Samsung, Hisense, Sony and definitely prefer this brand. Programming is simple, remote is simple, updates are fast for apps. I connected mine via cat6 cable, but wifi works well too.

So Far, Quite Pleased

Ordering and pickup were easy. Setting the TV up was straight forward as the instructions were clear, well illustrated and the parts sorted in a convenient manner. Picture is bright with great detail and works well with our existing sound bar. So far, very pleased.

The experience with Best Buy delivery was second to none. They made it flawless in the midst of the pandemic. And the TV I ended up with was 65 inches. The picture is great and it’s very easy to navigate. I highly recommend.

For the Price, one of my best purchases ever

For the price this is one of the best TVs I have ever had. The picture is amazing. After buying this TV and finding out my Xbox one s supports HDR, I went on a shopping spree buy 4K movies. There is no comparison to anything else. Everything is so clear and vivid.

Had a 32" years ago and it was so-so, as far as picture quality. I purchased 2 and was pleasantly surprised. I thought the picture quality was good, comparable to any of the other quality TVs. The web os is okay but initially the tv would lose my settings once turned off. The LG channels, while you get a lot of them, most I never watch. All in all, I would recommend this tv.
