Plug in turn on and go great picture great color !

My wife and I are very satisfied with the TV regardless of input we received from your MB inside floor sales rep....we went there to pick up set of LG rear speakers we purchased to go with the the LG sound bar we purchased previously. We were told by your sales rep that the we should haven`t purchased that TV. He stated it would be good for rental property but to use on a full time basis we should have gotten a better series...I was a bit upset with his input but let it pass but the more I thought about it the more it bothered me. I checked out the reviews and they were super....he made me feel as if I just purchased a piece of junk....why would he do that..after knowing that i just purchased it...if I were shopping I could understand but that was not the case..I had already purchased it from Best Buy and he made me feel as if I lpurchased a pc of JUNK! AND WILL BE SORRY I DID!...I now have the new LG TV, LG Sound Bar and LG Rear speakers all running toghether and are very satisfied regardless of his opinion..you might remind your sales reps whose payroll they are on.....Thank You

Great picture for its size nice and clear. the apps on the TV are great.

I own several 55” models for home and cottage plus another 75” at another office for training and presentations. This TV has a great picture and sound. The ability to access the internet apps, Hulu, YouTube, Disney + etc is simple. It is also easy to sync your lap top wirelessly for meetings and training sessions.

Overall a very nice TV. Very good picture. Sound is ok but is better a sound bar. Hopefully LG Store will add more applications that can be downloaded to support more streaming options than they currently have. I use a Roku Ultra and it works great with this TV. No complaints or issues so far.

I wanted something big to put in my bonus room where we could play games or watch movies. This TV is great. I was a little worried about the sound since the guy at Best Buy told me that I would need a sound system because the speaker on the TV sucks, but it’s great even without the sound system.

We were looking to add a HD TV for our apartment! We didn’t want something too big or too small. So we went with this one! Awesome image! Highly recommend! :) Also due to COVID, we had to experience curbside assistance. I must add everyone at Best Buy was super friendly and beyond helpful.

You know how you have a picture in your head of what you want your entertainment center to look like. A TV with beautiful color. Outstanding picture and large enough to see even from the kitchen. Well this TV is all that and more!!! I can even read the subtitles from the kitchen!!! It’s great!!

UHD programs are amazing. You will really enjoy the view. Birthday discount was applied to the extended warranty and that was a big disappointment. Should have been applied to the physical product. Staff was not helpful when questioned; pointed to ear piece and said there was nothing they could do.

65" smart tv with all the great features. Most of all, I love the price.

Had to replace my old 50 inch LG tv after 9 of service that i think the only time it was turned off was when we went on vacation. So we replaced it with the LG 65 UM6900PUA ,what a great tv .had it hung on the wall and up and running in no time it was so easy, great picture and sound .

Word of caution: this TV IS TERRIBLE ON WI-FI. I tried to use this TV on WiFi and it was just the slowest most painful thing. YouTube was auto setting videos to 360p on a 150mbps 5GHz AC connection. The router is 10ft away. You absolutely NEED ethernet or you won’t be able to stream much at all. AirPlay/Screen mirroring was nearly impossible. This TV looks really good. The display is pretty bright and it has really nice colors and black saturation. There is a little bit of backlight bleed on the edges at certain angles, but overall pretty good for a budget panel. The speakers are decent, they don’t rattle or sound too muddy but I ended up getting an LG sound bar because they just weren’t good for music streaming. The smartphone remote control apps for the tv are total garbage. You’re going to have to use the remote arrows to type out passwords and such. WebOS definitely needs some love and improvement. The LG internet channel thing is pretty bad too. The channels are low quality, but hey, it’s free. Overall, it’s a budget 4K TV. Don’t expect the world when paying this price but it’s pretty darn good, especially paired with the LG sound bar. And for the love of god, USE ETHERNET NOT WIFI!

Bought this TV about a month ago at the recommendation of a Best Buy employee after looking at a few options. It has not disappointed and has been a great replacement to the rear projection TV we previously had in our basement. Picture is quite good, and apps / functionality is good as well.
