Awesome TV. The smart UI can be a little finicky and sometimes takes a few minutes to connect to the internet when turning on but overall I’m very happy with the purchase

First, LG gives you free additional channels when you hook this TV up to the internet. Beyond that the smart feature is great, you can download multiple different apps and the 4K is great.

LG PRODUCTS all the Way!! Seriously thought cannot go wrong all the TV'S at my place are LG and they've never given me an issue.

Great picture and love the tv only thing is it keeps turning on and off tried fixing the plug in cord helps for a little bit but have to continue to plug it in and unplug it

Received a great price but downside is internet connectivity is sometimes a problem and loses connection requiring me to unplug and plug back in my tv to get working again.

I like almost everything about this tv except for the fact that you can't connect headphones. The is no outlet on the TV and it doesn't support Bluetooth. I have never owned on that didn't have some way to use headphones

Still trying to figure out the options. An update continues to pop up on the TV when 1st turning it on. I click the yes update and it still pops up when you turn the tv back on.

I’ve always been a Sony fan but I deftones try out a other brand. So far it’s good. I wish it would stay on the home main page instead of tv channels but maybe I haven’t figured it out. But over all, I like it

Looks great, no real complaints. I love that it has its own movie and tv show channels that come with it. Nothing too fancy like Netflix or Hulu mind you but still nice.

Despite Covid 19 the whole buying process went smooth ordered the TV. Picked it up the next day curbside. It was brought out to the car and I drove away a happy shopper.

Great TV, with very easy to use Smart interface. No need to pay for cable with the channel line up that comes with it. Liked it so much that we bought two of them.

The picture quality is below average. You have very little picture adjustment. Size is great. Sound low. We use a sound bar. I would not purchase this TV again

Purchased this LG 65" TV and it is pretty nice. I don't think dark pictures are seen as well as they should, but I just had to adjusted the contrast and brightness.

I bought this on sale but it is an excellent TV! I highly recommend this LG TV. It has all the features necessary for a family. It is easy to navigate! Great Buy!

Pretty stellar tv had it almost a year and so far so good I bough geek protection as well just in case but the hdr for gaming is the best

There was some confusion after the first tv was received damaged. After the confusion, Best Buy team performed quick, accurate service. A good experience.

Purchased this TV for my 80 year old Mother. She loves it. She had anxiety about not being able to operate it. But had everything down pat after day one.
