Ordered t.v. online for delivery. Came on time. Delivery person was courteous and prompt. The t.v. was easy for me to install by myself.

good tv, works well for digital displays, purchased 25 of these for around the business. same remote works for all LG televisions

Before I bought the LG I had the Samsung 65in Hiesen 65in and the Vizio 65in from Walmart. With every TV there was something wrong with it. Samsung remote would not go on sleep without going all the way to the starting point and then going back to your show, by the time I set the timer I was asleep. The Hisense 65-inch was nice. The picture was nice sound good also. But the picture would freeze up completely, leaving me only to listen to the sound. And the Vizio tv was the best picture out of all of them but the sound was horrible. they suggested buying a soundbar with the TV really I'm buying a soundbar for TV I just purchased don't think so. So instead of going to Walmart who gave you a lot of time to try out your new TV and decide if you like it or not because it takes some time for the kinks to come out of it. I went to Best buy and purchased the LG, because the salesman just talked it up and I'm like okay. Well I didn't get it set up in my 15 days I had as a trial, do to family issues. So when I finally get it up and running it's the worst TV I have ever had. And now I am stuck with it. I am really going to try and get this TV return and my money back it wasn't cheap it was a lot more money than the rest of the tv's. It was the biggest disappointment.

I purchased a 65'inch LG smart TV on 6/30/2020. I love the UHD 4k relustion. I really appreciate if people buy this tv in best buy today.

I always buy my TV's from here never anywhere else service is great. They always know what their talking about if not they dind someone who does.

Have not opened the box yet, due to not being able to get anyone to hang the bracket and move the electric plug due to Covid-19 Virus.

I like it, the smart tv functions even somewhat work. Like most smart TVs it seems that the smart bit uses a computer from 1865, but overall it does the job.

Functions as stated, love the user interface. Best Buy did a great job of processing my order of this product in a timely manner.

This was an open box and it came with everything needed for the TV. it's been running great for a month now with no signs of wear and tear.

Great having free delivery! The TV was also good for the price. Only problem is I need a sound bar bc the volume doesn't work great.

I love my TV no issues so far have all of the apps that's needed Apple TV Amazon Prime YouTube Hulu Etc. It can also search the web

Got this tv as a replacement for the living room. Love the ease of hook up and the free internet channels. Great for cord cutters.

Picture quality and apps are great but there is a problem with the internet keeping connection both wire and wireless.

So far this has been a pretty fast and reliable TV the display is bright colors are good. Can't beat the price for the quality.

I was a little nervous about purchasing this TV as it was an open boxed/returned item. However it works perfect and I love it.
