Great for a low end TV. sound can use some tweaking in the options at times and it doesn't save them after turning it off.

Great products at a great price, I'll keep shopping at brick & mortar stores because I support companies that still give jobs to humans!!

it is a great TV overall. The Web OS App works well and can be controlled on your phone. My only issue is there is a delay at times between the voice and the motion.

TV has awesome picture but sometimes can’t keep up with video streaming, sound is bad need a surround system to hear properly.

This tv is a good buy for the price it some time logs out of the wifi and I have to re enter all the passwords but other then that a good purchase

Cannot beat the quality for <$500. Wide viewing angle. Great HDR quality. I have two LG TVs and I like their smart tv interfaces.

Tv is great. Down side is the LG app system is trash lol. Get a tv with roku or amazing fire. The stuff matters when it comes to getting certain apps. LGs interface isn’t bad they just don’t have all the apps you could want like.. no crunchyroll.. lol how can I watch anime without crunchy roll? Haha my mom didn’t have some of her apps either. To put into perspective, we use a Amazon fire stick on our smart tv hahah that’s how bad the LG streaming platform is haha.

I love the LG brand, I’ve done a considerable amount of research prior to making large purchases! Lg is one of the top five brands!

A very good TV however needs 2 people to move around because of the size. Its light enough for 2 old people to get it to work,

Got it and mounted it the same day. Nice color quality but as with most TVs it could use a sound bar. Overall great value.

This is a good tv, it has all the smart capabilities. The picture is really clear and we haven't had an issues so far

Very pleased with purchase. Only limitation is that ESPN doesn't have a built in app like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc and there doesn't seem to be any way of adding it.

This is a great Smart TV that comes with various streaming capabilities and sharp viewing. I would highly recommend getting this TV.

Had this tv 5 days before the screen got cracked. Wish I'd never bought it. Daughter accidentally knocked into the screen and it became unusable. The remote had too many buttons. I tried all of the settings for picture on the TV before it broke and, sadly, my laptop had better colors and a clearer image. Replaced it with a Vizio 65" S series and am much happier. Better image and better remote.

Great deal on a new LG 72inches smart TV. Young man who assisted me was helpful and professional in pointing me to the"Best Buy".

Don't get fooled by open box deals. Even though it says includes all essential parts, it may not include the feet to stand on its own. Or even the smart remote! The remote is extremely important since you cannot do anything without it on these smart TVs. I had to get a universal remote which still doesn't function properly. Extremely inconvenient and I will never buy from best buy again.

Needed to get this as a last minute purchase, and it worked so well. Would recommend for everyone, and made my presentation shine.

Had to help furnish my sons apartment, got him 2 TVs and a microwave, the price were very competitive and the staff was very helpful.
