I purchased this TV for our living room about a year ago. I have put it through its paces and extremely happy. It has great features for a Smart TV, by far the best remote I have owned, and most importantly I have NOT had a SINGLE issue with it so far!

This TV was an excellent purchase. The picture is extreme high quality and the price point I got it at was phenomenal. It works great streaming movies on the PLEX app as well as anything from my Apple TV, iPhone, or iPad. I also highly recommend having the Geek Squad install if you want to hang the TV. Definitely worth the money.

The image quality is bright and crisp, and the upscaling provides a noticeable improvement in detail and color over my existing LG 1080P 55 inch television. At $529 for a 65 inch set, it was a bargain and a great value relative to other brands, and Best Buy promptly delivered it on the following day. I'm very happy!

It was a great buy for the price and all the capabilities! The remote is easy to use and the netflix/prime buttons make easy to switch from tv to streaming. Only thing I dislike is if my kids leave the ps4 input instead switch back to tv when you turn the tv on next it turns on the PS4 automatically

Good TV, good colors and better shadows. The OS is improved and the remote control acts as a pointer.

You can’t hardly beat the quality for the price. I’ve been buying LG exclusively for years since my first plasma which still works but I wanted an upgrade to 4K and built in smart home integration. You can obviously notice a difference between it and the OLED I have but there is a major difference in price also.

This TV is awesome, love the functionality and interface. Its really fast and its just a fluid experience. This TV would be perfect if it had a Chromecast built in and more HDMI ports for more devices. This is the only reason why it does not get full stars. It looks great mounted and while sitting on my tv stand. The picture quality is amazing, google voice functions are very responsive. Definitely recommend!!

The best thing about this TV is the remote. The remote is ergonomic and I like the cursor feature when navigating menus, etc... This TV does have a very good menu and smart TV layout. The menus are really easy to navigate with the cursor feature. The remote acts likes a mouse so you can more easily navigate. Built in Bluetooth for headphones is a nice feature. The built in speakers sound decent relative to other TVs I have owned. Unfortunately, the display itself just isn’t that good. The picture quality is good in bright light slow moving or still scenes. In dark scenes the backlight bleed is so bad on the upper half of the tv that it bleeds right through. This TV can’t handle lotion or fast moving scenes at all. Terrible judder and motion trails when watching any kind of sports or action scenes. Overall I would try something else. There are plenty of options in this price range. Perhaps a higher priced LG might be better. The TVs feature set and ease of use are excellent, but the display itself is a fail.

The first TV had an issue with purple lines after commissioning (likely shipping issue), and Best Buy did a great job with a quick warranty replacement. TV has worked out really well for the family - good resolution, ease of use, good feature set. The family is very pleased with this purchase.

Great deal on an excellent tv I enjoy the magic remote feature and there an excellent picture...

Excellent TV in the Mid-price range for this size. Beautiful picture and sound. Many features including Bluetooth and a nice Over-the-Air channel Guide. The only downside is the Smart Remote which is a little too touchy for older people to use. A little hard to control the on-screen pointer.

Disappointed that there aren’t more 4K stations. Otherwise it has a great picture and great features.

The TV is very nice for the price. The picture is good and the sound is much better than the much more expensive Sony TV I bought two years ago. The down side is it doesn't run Android, so you don't have the range of apps you do with the Sony, namely the Dish Anywhere app. I'm going to have to buy an Amazon Fire Stick to get that functionality.
