Great TV with intermittent Audio problem

We really like this TV except for one audio problem that does not seem to go away even when Best Buy exchanged with another TV (same model). While watching TV, the audio suddenly goes OFF and one has to either change channel or turn TV OFF/ON to get audio back. The first model we bought 5 weeks ago had this problem and the 2nd model (same) has this problem as well. LG Tech support over phone walked us thru settings (nothing wrong) and asked us to reset the TV, which we did. It did not help. His answer was for us to return the TV.!! We like everything else about this TV model. But have no choice but to return it given same problem with two TV sets and this unacceptable technical support from LG Tech support team. I am just wondering if other users of this TV are seeing this intermittent audio off problem?

I love the LG app for internet channels and searching multiple apps for what you wish to watch. The controller mouse feature is nice too but sometimes it can be activated accidentally and is annoying.
