Okay tv overall

I’m more of a Sony person but I was very satisfied with the apps it came and size. It’s a good tv for someone first TV.. If that make sense. It does freeze at times while I’m watching tv. It’s kinda annoying but overall give it a 4 stars

Energy efficient LG 65" TV

Screen is plastic, so be careful how you handle it. Follow all directions carefully. Plastic screen scratches VERY easily. Installer dropped a level and it scratched as it slid down the screen. Installer apologized and replaced the TV.

Good value but bad LG support

They never followed up with issues that I had. The AI settings are okay...just okay. It will randomly adjust the contrast and color when not necessary. Good idea but bad execution. Contrast isn't that great but instant game mode is awesome!

Solid product

The picture quality isn’t great to get a nice bright picture I have to have it at the highest settings, that was a disappointment. Not completely happy with how the magic remote works, it doesn’t have a back button or an exit button which sometimes makes some functions difficult. The TV is thin and light weight which I did really like, it was very well packaged overall it’s still a good product.
