    This TV has been amazing up until the last month or so. The volume just decides to cut itself off & I have to change channels to get the volume to come back on. There is obviously an issue with the volume on this TV. How long is the warranty?

    I first hooked it up to hdmi 1 and it was cutting off and on every 5 minutes. Changed to hdmi 2. And some days it’s fine. Next day it keeps cutting on and off. I swapped my Cox cable box with another in my house and it still does it. Any ideas ???

    The actual TV is pretty decent. The built in Alexa is awkward to use. And getting the feet screwed in can be slightly difficult. The reason for the 1 Star is the experience. Apparently Best Buy won’t let you pick up a TV that you have paid for unless you drive a truck or SUV. If this is a policy they should make it obvious when ordering online. So do yourself a favor and just have it shipped to your house. This ended up costing me a lot more to rent a truck and buy some straps to hold it down.
