    Not a major noticeable difference from what I had and the blurring on so much especially scenes that have quick action I am afraid to watch sports especially football if it will be like this if it is may have to return and go back to my old tv

    I will start by saying that I did return this TV after a week. The issue was that it would say it needed to update, do the update, and then repeat that it needed an update. Overall this was my first disappointing experience with anything LG.

    This TV worked great for about 4 months then the picture went out. Teach came out and ordered a part which was to take 3 to 5 business days. That was two weeks ago. Now still waiting for the parts department to call me back. Not too impressed with LG TVs now.

    My old 6 series lg has no trouble with you tube tv. But the new 7 series will stop the show you are watching in the middle of it just like it has ended. Really disappointed in this tv. Also with it hooked up to the LG sound bar it is really quiet and hard to hear.

    Guy that installed was great.Love the comp but my outlook dosent work called all dam day tried online tech help geek squad then finally called my local store talked to geek guy who I could hardly understand!

    Dead spots in picture after a few months

    I have a big dead spot in my tv viewing; most noticeable on white or lighter backgrounds. It is always in the same place. I do not enjoy watching tv currently due to this defective product. I am brand loyal and have bought nothing but LG for years; currently have 3 LG TVs and donated a 4th when I purchased this 65” lemon. I am obviously very disappointed. I see similar reviews so I’m assuming LG is aware that there are known issues. Please provide assistance in resolving my negative customer feedback.

    My TV was delivered 07/08/2019. Installed it 2 weeks later, worked for 2 days. Called LG and a part that they do not have has to be ordered. Unbelivable a new TV needs a part.

    Loved tv but unfortunately tv is already blacked out and screen doesn’t work. Waiting on technician to come out as less then a year old.

    Amazing picture quality - OUT OF THE BOX !! I haven't even calibrated this tv, yet, and the picture is amazing. Hook up, with soundbar, cable box, Roku Stick, and blu-ray was super simple. "Magic Remote" is a brilliant idea, and VERY consumer friendly...it even has an onscreen mouse/pointer, WebOS full web browser, a scroll-wheel, and it's also voice activated, and controls other devices, as well (except streaming HDMI devices). It controls our soundbar, Spectrum cable box, and Sony blu-ray player. Being a 2019 model, it required no software updates (yet), and when installed, the legs are plenty wide apart ( 50" ) allowing for ANY soundbar I've ever heard of. It's also Bluetooth enabled, and Google Assistant compatible, and Alexa compatible, in mid-May 2019, when software update becomes available. The drawbacks, for me, are the Charter/Spectrum App isn't in LG Store, and, as mentioned above, does NOT control Roku Stick. I called LG Support, twice, and they were polite, and prompt, although not 100% knowledgeable on the product, but for being in Panama, and Phillipines, were verbally understandable. This tv replaced a defective 65" Samsung UN7100, which had some manufacturing defects. They are comparable in price/size/picture quality, etc., but this LG has far superior features: universal smart remote w/on-screen mouse pointer & voice-command, bluetooth, web browser, etc., and the screen isn't 40% blocked by advertising, like the home screen, on the Samsung. Also, screen-mirroring of my smartphone, laptop, and tablet were no-brainer EASY !! I bought a 43" LG UK6300 several weeks ago, for my home-office, to "test" the brand, and am 100% pleased with both models. It's rare for me to leave such a glowing review, ESPECIALLY after only 24 hours, but when you get a "gem" you know it. It was delivered yasterday, and went on sale, today, for $679.00, so Best Buy is refunding my credit card the $20.00 difference. NICE !

    I'm going to return this TV. I think the picture quality is very poor. I keep looking to see if a plastic film is covering the screen.

    Bought this TV as a great deal but I wasn't able to to get the color to look right. I ended up returning it back to Best Buy.

    I opened my tv just as I got some time to mount it and it is shattered. I got it delivered to my house and kept it right where they set it. Screen is so cheap and flimsy. Now , now the online guys tell me to process exchange at store and the store guys online. I asked for a manager from store 1129 and never answered and I could hear him next to customer service.

    First LG we every purchased, first couple days seemed great but we had issues after about the 3rd day with missing pixels in tv then a whole line went out, we returned it to BB within the 14 day return period and bought a Sony instead we will stick with Sony or Samsung for future tv purchases.

    This tv was nice for about a month then it started blacking out it starts and gets to where you can't enjoy any show it is so annoying.I have tried numerous times to get ahold of Best buy I paid for a warranty and geek squad to repair it but I can't get a hold of anybody to do so I'm so angry right now.
