    I love all the tv features but unfortunately all HDMI ports are not working properly. I’m really upset because I can’t watching anything on my Apple TV

    Stopped working after 2 months

    I got this TV last May 4th (2019). Initially I thought it was a great TV, but after 2-3 weeks I noticed some audio issues, mainly intermitten audio and then some audio delay (like other buyer stated on the reviews). I though was a matter of the cable signal at that point. This was followed with some video issues, so TV freezes or looks like slow motion. Then, when I tried to use any App, specially streaming Apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) TV just stops working: sometimes it is totally unresponsive on black screen (remote is useless) and suddenly is off, sometimes it just freezes (again, remote unresponsive), sometimes it just restarts, sometimes the App starts running but when a movie is selected it freezes again (black screen, remote unresponsive) and some other issues. Not that common but also happens that, I’m watching TV and it restarts alone or when I tried to turn it off, it simply will not go off. In summary, it is simply not working. I called LG for support and they just offer to send a technician for repair so I now have a USD$865.99 useless TV that, despite brand new and expected to work for years, needs repair after only 2 months of very little use (I travel a lot for work during weekdays, so it is used only during weekends). Don’t buy this piece of junk. If interested, I have lots of videos of what I described here. Never buying LG again!

    Airplay 2 not yet available as advertised

    I use a lot of apple stuff, and take great advantage of airplay. I purchased this TV specifically because of the advertised feature that it natively supports Airplay 2. This is stated clearly on both the Best Buy product page and the LG marketing site. However, this feature is NOT AVAILABLE as of 8/31/19. After careful digging in the LG support forums, the firmware to support this is "expected" to release in October. Given the hassle of bringing this home and mounting it, I'll probably sweat this out for another 45 days. But I am really disappointed that a feature clearly described as available was not actually deployed in the product.

    Constant problems

    I purchased this is tv in November of 2019 and since then it's been all problems. It stops connecting to the internets at least 3x a week, to fix I have to change the location to Canada and then back to the USA for it to connect again taking ~10 minutes to restart. Second problem has been the screen freezing and audio repeating, I have to completely unplug the tv and turn back on some times up to 3x before it starts working. LG warranty states that it's not covered because the tv was not "professionally installed". I have had no problems with my samsung TV's, better off paying a little extra for good quality.

    We bought this tv in December and were very happy until we were watching tv the other night and a message from a Samsung phone requesting to mirror to our screen popped up. We denied it and I called LG to find out how to disable this function. They said “sorry, it can’t be done but rest assured that nobody can get access to your tv unless you give it to them, just deal with the pop up requests”! I am annoyed and frustrated. We have other smart TVs and never had this issue. Never buying LG again.

    Don’t buy the warranty the will tell you it covers any repair but it’s a lie I will never buy from them again there sales people lie and they won’t offer to make it right
