However this set is disappointing. Picture is washed out and settings do not correct the issue. Buy cheap, you get cheap!

Defective

When we'd turn the TV on the volume would go up and down on its own or if I were watching something the volume would begin to do that which would make the screen stutter. Anyway, I returned it and ended up buying another LG that cost me an additional $645.00. This was my first LG. I've always had Samsung products but I decided to give LG another chance after speaking with the sales associate.

Tv Is Slow

Horrible

So best buy offers no insurance for this or warranty, it was less than 2 weeks i had it. I spent $700 on this tv. Then i call LG and same thing they dont cover so basically i threw away $700 in 2 weeks for nothing. I went to walmart bought samsung tv for $500 bigger and newer and they said i can put insurance on it and they cover for 30 days even if i dont have no insurance on it and it breaks. BEST BUY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is either due to the TV or the soundbar. I have had five Geeks here trying to solve the problem. Today I spoke to Annabelle Braunreiter, Assistant Store Manager, Annapolis Store, who I hope will be able sort it all out.

It's not about the TV it's the installation

The installers connected to her wifi and showed how to connect it to HIS phone which is also different from my daughters'. Didn't show her how to search for apps on TV etc.

Randomly Doesn’t want to turn on

Color is darker.
