The best TV I've ever had!

I wanted to update my TV last year and during Black Friday I happen to see this little gem on special at Best Buy. Lucky for me because it's the perfect size I was looking for, has a crystal clear and customizable picture resolution with 4k, LED backlit (very important for optional quality), a7 Gen 3 AI Processor 4K, Cinema HDR with Dolby Vision IQ + Dolby Atmos, 120hz REFRESH RATE (for smoother, more immersive gameplay), built in webOS 5.0 + LG ThinQ AI with Magic Remote and native Bluetooth 5.0 with a ton of other specs that speak volumes to the tech junkies out there but equate to a full immersive home theater experience and it's designed for high quality, low-lag gaming. Who have various modes for picture quality from cinematic to gaming and directors view to the numerous audio output options that includes Dolby Atmos spatial audio, DTX surround sound Damned the ability to use dual connection via Bluetooth for further enhancing your immersive sound by allowing the TV to play the audio via its own internal speakers (which for a television is very impressive and a true Dolby Atmos output) along with a Bluetooth device of your choice. I usually hook up a speaker pair of my Google Nest Audio while utilizing the eARC port for my LG-3.1 Channel Soundbar with Virtual:X + Wireless Subwoofer and DTS I also picked up on special to round out my home theater audio. So by utilizing the dual play feature on essentially able to produce Dolby sound via the television itself, the HDMI attached soundbar via the eARC port AND my set of Google Nest Audio speakers to round out the spatial audio and create a surround sound experience my inner child would have killed to have. As if the picture and sound options weren't enough, the TV comes equipped with its own webOS, internal Bluetooth 5.0 and can integrate with your smart home of choice. If you can tell mine is Google Assistant. It all rounds out nicely in the Google Home app and I can easily navigate the system with the provided LG magic remote that literally deserves the name magic because it does everything except create the content itself and I can equally operate from my Google PIXEL 6 PRO hyper settings via the LG ThinQ app. I do have a 4K Google TV dongle and a second gen. Chromecast plugged into a couple of the HDMI ports just because I had them previously and sometimes I enjoy the user interface that Google TV provides. As for the Chromecast, honestly, it's one of those gadgets that if you know what you're doing there is literally no end to the potential uses so I highly recommend having at least one in the house. I like to integrate mine into a speaker group for a whole home audio streaming experience via Spotify, streaming content or geeking out on my PS5. (This is the only way-other than the eARC soundbar I can currently integrate external sound sources for output via the PS5 since it's designed not to connect to external Bluetooth speakers. This lil trick or with a pair of Dolby Atmos capable earbuds makes for crisp sound on the native 3D audio built in to the interface) I honestly can't say enough good things about this TV and it has more settings, options and choices than I have probably even discovered in the past 3 to 4 months that I've owned it. LG integrates a user friendly homepage to download your favorite apps as well as their own built-in app store, shopping network and LG channels - a live TV option with over 400 plus channels that ultimately mimics a Pluto TV type concept. LG know what they were doing and calling this a smart TV as you literally need nothing else besides the TV itself to have a great audio visual experience. Whatever that may look like for you. I chose to add in the sound bar with subwoofer simply because I'm an audio nut and music/sound is something close to my heart that rounds out the entire experience. All in all it's been top quality. I've had no issues. Seamlessly integrated with Google Home. My pixel phone, tablet and other devices. My Husband is an iPhone user and can just as easily utilize the built-in Airplay feature to screen mirror his phone or media contents to stream direct to the TV. I have not hooked it up to a hardwired land based ethernet connection and currently have it connected via my TP Link Deco Mesh Wi-Fi 6A. I have not had a problem with the connection on Wi-Fi or quality of streaming. Gaming is an insane experience, highlighting crisp graphics, high refresh rate, customizable picture and sound that makes me feel I am getting the full experience Sony intended on their new PS5 system both in visual and audio. The TV is 65 inches which is perfect for a nice size living room home theater and on a side note, this television is specifically the only one on the market currently with a high 120 hz refresh rate designed for high speed, no lag gaming that sits in this particular price range. This LG set retails around $700 and I luckily snagged it for $499 during Black Friday as well as getting 10% cash back and a 0% interest rate by utilizing the Best Buy Citi Rewards Credit Card - a stroke of genius that I highly recommend as well especially if you are looking to finance those more expensive items and would like time to pay it off without accruing interest at these insane inflated rates. All in all, it's the best TV I've ever had and I have always thought very highly of LG. I used to enjoy their mobile phones, particularly the Stylo line, however, we all know how that story ends and I'm happier now as the Official Unofficial Google Guy and die hard Pixel Superfan. I absolutely 100% recommend this TV to anyone looking for an upgrade or who enjoys premium gaming experiences while on a budget. It is backed with a one-year manufacturer warranty. expandable coverage can be purchased via Best Buy or you're chosen retailer. Both the television and the app, clipped with 24/7 tech support via LG that can be reached from their website, mobile app or via text SMS messaging helpdesk. I have contacted support a couple times but simply don't inquire about other products. I have not had a reason to inquire for any mechanical issues from the set or other related products but I will say they are quick to respond and eager to help. Don't be afraid to ask for a discount code if purchasing direct from the LG website, they will give you one via the chat. I will be separately reviewing the sound bar which I also recommend. However, I will say the internal speakers on the TV set are very impressive and better quality than I would have thought and they are equipped with they'll Dolby Atmos level audio as well. I have to say this is the perfect TV set for anyone that enjoys the best quality entertainment on the market while still being able to budget accordingly. As the eternal die hard deal hunter and bargain seeking junkie, I did tons of homework and research on different brands and models available that are comparable on the market today and I have to say this is the best line of specs, features and a quality build, reputation and warranty that money can buy for this level of technology. Feel free to do your own shop around, but if you're anyone that knows me or follows my content, you'll trust me when I say I've done the leg work for you on this one. To sum up, 10 out of 10. The best TV I've ever had. I highly recommend LG 65" Class UN9000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. You won't be let down on this one. I purchased blindly without seeing and hearing in person what it can do and I'm actually glad I did. It's a wonderful thing to still be able to find yourself pleasantly surprised by a piece of technology nowadays. This is one I won't forget and thanks to the durable construction, it's a quality piece that I will be enjoying for years to come without a need to upgrade.

I wanted to buy a TV with 120hz for my PlayStation 5, and i wanted a big screen TV for not just gaming, but also movies. This TV helped me with everything i was looking for! My games run at 120fps on my PS5, HDMI 3, and HDMI 4 are the inputs that support 4k 120hz! NOT HDMI 1 AND HDMI 2!! The picture quality is so smooth, it feels like i am right there. And thats what I’ve been looking for! This TV was in my budget and its an amazing TV! Perfect for gaming and movies. I highly recommend this.

I had randomly been looking for a tv that met the below criteria without spending upwards of $900.00 +. 1: 120 Hertz refresh rate 2: More that 2 HDMI ports 3: eARC capable 4: Wide viewing angle With no real intention to buy, I saw this LG and watched it for a few days. It didn't seem to be very popular according to the number of reviews although it did review well. I decided to purchase it, with the consent of my wife, of course, and have been pleasantly surprised. I previously hadn't seen any tv's with a 120 Hertz refresh rate for under $899.00 so wasn't sure what to expect. Looks great and all functions are a go. I have a Nakamichi soundbar so the audio was not a concern although the tv speakers actually sound pretty good, better than any other flat screen's speakers that I have owned. Buy it! You will not be disappointed. Hard core critics will always point out the negatives, so consider the source when reading those.

Back when I was married, we used this TV as a gaming TV for our Nintendo Switch system, so we really never watched any actual movies or stations. 6 months later and I am living alone with my gaming TV and I must say I was shocked and surprised when I first got it hooked up at my new place. The picture quality is superb. I’m a big sports fan and this TV keeps up with the fast action like nothing. Plus the fact that I sit 6’ away from it makes a difference too but the color, brightness and overall quality is still stunning. For the price, you can’t go wrong for a TV this size. Highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of owning the LG TV for 2 yrs now, and I have to say, it’s been an absolute game-changer. The first thing that struck me was the incredible color quality. The colors are so vibrant and lifelike that they practically jump off the screen. Watching nature documentaries feels like peering through a window into the wild, and movies are more immersive than ever before. The picture quality is phenomenal. The contrast between deep blacks and bright whites makes everything look crisp and detailed. The HDR feature really enhances this, adding depth and richness to every scene. Whether it's the subtle gradients in a sunset or the intricate details in a shadowy scene, the LG TV handles it all beautifully. Another thing I love is the sleek design. The ultra-thin bezel maximizes the screen space, and it looks fantastic in my living room. Plus, the smart features are super easy to use. Navigating through apps and streaming services is a breeze, and the remote is very intuitive. In short, the LG TV with its amazing colors has completely transformed my viewing experience. It’s like having a high-end cinema right in my home. If you're in the market for a new TV, I highly recommend giving this one a look.

Very good picture quality with some minor tweaking. for me this TV was too bright had to lower it from 90 to 50. the legs/stands are too far apart so it would not fit on my tv 48" wide cabinet but luckily there are aftermarket "tabletop tv stand" that screws in the back, for around $21 at another store. I'm not using for gaming but the TRUE 120hz still makes a huge difference, even though most broadcasts are either 30 and 60 hz and movies 24 fps ( notice how all 3 numbers divide evenly into 120hz) For watching sports this TV is a 10 out of 10 in picture quality and barely any ghosting.

120 Hertz refresh rate, 4 HDMI ports, 1 is eARC capable, Wide viewing angle, amazing brightness, and colors for $500? you can get any better than that. I saw this LG and search for this model for days on youtube to have a better idea of the TV. It didn't seem to be very popular matter of fact I can't find any of the UN9000 video reviews on youtube it's all about the UQ9000 and that is when I realize the UN9000 is exclusive to BestBuy. I decided to purchase it, and when i check BestBuy they have an open Box that said new on the floor I check the TV and it was like new, I said whatever if I don't like it I will return it so u take the chance and OMG this TV is amazing, out of the box it looks like it doesn't bright a lot but is because is in eco-mode out of the box you just need to go to setting and turn that off and boom the TV come from nothing to amazing, I replace a Vizio M series 65 in with this tv and I love it, and the speaker sounds loud I don't go over 25 on my old Vizio I got to go all the way to 70. don't think twice get this TV for $500 this TV was 800 when it came out and it was worth every penny.

I bought this tv as an upgrade from my 5 yrs old tv. I don't regret the buying. The picture quality is way better compared to my old one. Very easy to use; HDR, Dolby vision and dolby atmos are some of the many options you get from this tv. In my opinions that the closest to oled panels TV that cost a lot more expensive.

The size and 4k picture quality is impressive and with a 140hz refresh rate it's hard to find better for the price. However, WebOS doesn't have the most extensive app library so if you're a subscriber to a less popular service (i.e. Crunchyroll, Criterion Channel) you might have to purchase a separate streaming device.
