Dead Pixel 6 months in …
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially was very happy with the TV over the last week noticed a couple of what appears to be dead pixels on the screen. Now my eyes are constantly drawn to it which is frustrating. The general info on LG website is not very helpful hoping to find a solution soon …

Damaged screens LG UHD TV 65
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 65 in TV (LG UHD TV) from the Wellington store recently. Once I opened the box at home the TV had a bad crack on the screen. In store they replaced the TV for the exact same one. Once opened the box at home, again big crack on the screen. Once back in the store I had to exchange for a different brand of TV. This time I had them open the box in the store and check for damages, this time no damages. The manager Ken very nice person to deal with, but of course you get the weird look and attitude. Bad batch of TV's?

High-end picture for a low-end price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want an ultra short throw projector, but until i win the lottery and can afford such an expensive toy I wanted a TV that was cheap but still had features I expect from the higher end of the production line. This ThinQ from LG really shows how far LED TV technology has advanced in the last decade and proves that the average consumer can have amazing visual quality without having to take out a second motgage. This TV is perfect for me and has the features I most prize: * 4k picture (there just isn't enough 8k content to justify its existence) *HDR (makes colors really pop) *120hz NATIVE refresh rate (many TVs use software to create the illusion of increased hz but this does not compare to hardware-driven hz) *4 HDMI ports (perfect for a gamer like me with multiple consoles) *Robust picture adjustment options to personalize the picture to your viewing experience For all these reasons and the rock-bottom price (normally $700 but I got it on sale for $500) I would highly recommend this TV to anyone who wants great picture for any purpose (sports, movies or games) on a budget.

Love this TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it for a great price during Black Friday. It is the best TV with 120Hz refresh rate and 65” screen at this price. It also has HDMI 2.1 connection. Great for gaming

Good quality tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This lg tv has good picture picture quality (4k) and a great refresh rate (120 hz). The one thing i did dislike is the on screen mouse controlled by the remote. I found it very annoying but i was able to disable it. It has a 4k hdmi port so it will work great with a xbox or play station. I personally tried it out with my gaming pc setup. The tv speak quality is suprisingly great. Their was a dolby atmos enabled setting on the menu as well as a true surround sound setting. Overall for what i paid for it considering the specs it has, the price was unrivaled by any other available tv.

Great tv for the price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is great for the price. I got it on sale for $200 off and it's worth it. I have a PS5 hooked up and it looks flawless. The picture is clean and clear and once you mess with the settings a little and match it with your device (PS5, blue ray player, etc), it can look really great. The sound from the TV isn't bad but it's not the greatest I've heard. I have a surround sound system so to me it's not a big deal but I wanted to mention it for others who are interested. The TV is very easy to set up and use. The magic remote is pretty neat even though I don't really use it but it might be fun for some people. There are many other features to explore with this TV as well and I'm excited to dig deeper into those with this TV. Overall I'm very happy with this TV purchase. Also, I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to help bring the rating of this TV back up. One person had a bad experience with the service and not the TV and it's affecting the overall rating of the TV.

Good black edges on a Direct Lit TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After buying no less than two other TVs over Black Friday weekend, I ended up with this LG TV which was the cheapest as well, because it is Direct Lit. That means it has no edge bleeding so you can watch letterboxed content with no light washing out the picture from the edges. Many TV, even more expensive, are edge lit, and to me, are not worth buying. Plus, this TV is Dolby Vision enabled. That is the HDR codec for Disney and Netflix. There is no point in buying a TV in 2022 without Dolby Vision that is not also Direct Lit (or getting OLED of course). The difference in picture quality from my previous LG TV to this new one with Dolby Vision for watching shows like Andor is very noticeable. Not just a little, a lot. Then you add getting true 120hz for $499 on sale, absolutely the best TV in this price range, and even $300+ higher.

Stable, but not flawless
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is better than my 55-inch Roku TV. The clarity and refresh rate are what I was hoping to get, and I got it with this TV. Since I play games, this TV was perfect for me. The only issue I have with it is the remote. The remote can be somewhat glitchy when you use the wireless pointer. Sometimes it feels like the TV has a mind of its own, kind of when you wake up and don't feel like waking up so you go back to sleep. I'll turn this TV on and it (rarely) does a thing where the screen will be black and I'd have to turn it off and turn it on again- usually, this fixes the problem. I wouldn't say this TV is flawless, but it is stable enough for me to play my game with little to no lag and allows me to watch tv and movies that provide the 4k experience

For the price I paid, I cant complain.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid $499 before tax and so far so good. It supports Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and HDR 10. It also has a cool 120hz refresh rate at 4k if you want to hook up your Gaming PC or next gen PS/Xbox, just make sure you connect to the right HDMI port. The OS is smooth and hadnt frozen or given me any issues in the time i used it for streaming. I've since connected a Nvidia Shield Pro to use for streaming instead which makes the picture quality even better. I definitely recommend pairing with a soundbar or surround sound of some sort that can support Atmos. 4k Blurays look amazing on this TV as well if thats your thing. It's a good TV all around for the price and has all of the features to make your viewing experience 100x better than a basic 4k tv.

Great 120hz TV on a budget!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV specifically to play my XBOX Series X at 4K 120hz. The picture is amazing compared to my 4 year old Vizio D-Series this TV replaced. Supports HDR, Dolby Vision, and will run 120hz flawlessly. The WebOS has a little bit of a learning curve as I've never used this smart platform before. I was able to get this TV on sale and for the price with all of the features you can't beat it. Someday I'll purchase an OLED TV when they come down in price, but until then I'm going to enjoy this one.

Thrilled buyer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a 65” 4k 120hz television that didn’t break the bank. I couldn’t believe that I found what I was looking for and it was coming from one of the best television brands as well. I have always been thrilled with my Lg tv’s in the past, and this one is no exception. Don’t believe anyone who says this does not have hdmi 2.2 outputs that run at 120 hz. It has to that do. Tested them on my ps5. AMAZING!!!!

Nice but needed adjustment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv Brightness a bit high upon unboxing. Was hoping this tv had the ability to cast video from an android, it doesnt. Only iphone or ipad. Only 2 hdmi ports, which is ok, but would be nice to have composite audio output for a soundbar.

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good! picture is amazing! Love the point and click mouse style remote. It makes typing in those long annoying passwords for your apps a breeze! Dolby Sound is crystal clear! I owned an UHD LG before it was rock solid so stayed with the brand. Also 120htz is a must!!! For Gaming!

Great bang for buck tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard to find a tv at this price point with so many features. Was look for a while for a 120hz tv for my xbox and this has it. At $500 you cant get a better deal for a tv with as many features this has. The magic remote is great imo and makes typing way easier than using arrows. Picture is great and my games look great on it.

Great 65inch 120HZ 4K TV for 499 on black Friday m
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great 120HZ 4K TV, 4K movies in 120HZ amazing, only issue many people might not like isnthe cursor but you can get used to it. Another issue was Netflix was buffering slowly to 20 percent then freeze and the movie wont play, googled and found a fix is by deleting the app then reinstalling it fixed the issue, never had this kind of issue on a samsung tv. Rtings says 4k 120HZ input is not supported i do believe it is true since it does not have hdmi 2.1 according to specs, did not verify that since this TV is for parents not for my kids. BUT I am sure rting go it right
