    This TV is on sale for a reason. The picture quality is horrible. I tried all Picture Modes but none is pleasant to the eyes. They either look pale/fake or the highlights look like over exposure. My other TV was bought in 2018 and it's not even top of the line TV. It's Samsung LED - NU7100 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. The Samsung colors are very pleasant. It processes the colors and highlights nicely, unlike this LG. The highlights especially on the face is just so bad. And AI sound is just weird. Normal sound is better than most TVs.

    We have been sold on LG televisions and returned for a larger picture and fantastic price. Best Buy shipped directly to my home, no truck needed and no fuss or muss.

    TV was fairly easy to set up but the picture quality wasn't as good as I hoped for. Was going to see if I could exchange it for a better model but Best Buy charges too much for installation - which I only need them to pack and unpack the unit.

    Quality is nice, slightly slow for a smart tv. If the smart tv ai was more responsive and user friendly would rate higher. Tv picture and size are great interface not so much

    The screen on this tv is super nice and very clear. The tv is super quick too, which I love cause when my tv is slow, it annoys me. Highly recommend this tv

    I bought this a month ago. I was pleased with the delivery. My husband installed and set up and it seems to be pretty use friendly. Only reason for 4 star is does seem to be a little slow in starting the different apps at first.

    Works great so far. Last lg i owned had a slow peocessor. This one is noticebly quicker.

    Our old one died so we upgraded to this one and we’re very happy! Since it’s the same brand as our old one, we didn’t have to reprogram our universal remote.

    Love and great brand. Upgraded from a TCL and I am not disappointed. It’s fast and has a lot of free apps so I 100% recommend.

    Great tv for my bedroom. Upgraded from a 8 year old tv. Just make sure you get 4k hdmi cables to enhance your connected devices. Very easy to install
