    Everything is good about the TV except that we didn't know that we wouldn't be able to download the spectrum app. This made us have to go out and buy a Roku in order to watch anything on the TV

    DO NOT BUY!!! Unusable OS. TV will lag and freeze constantly and cannot buffer anything. Hit's network issues constantly despite having fiber and no network down time. Remote is not the remote that typically comes with these models and is designed to frustrate you.

    Best Buy’s a good store but LG tv is a pile a junk. Super laggy apps doesn’t want to connect to internet most of time it’s a pile don’t buy this tv

    TV is slow, and drops Wi-Fi capabilities every 2-3 months, requiring a full reset each time. I really wish I could return this late.

    Sound issues

    At a minimum there is no sound on tv at least once a week and have to reset.
