    I’m returning this TV because the wifi will not stay connected I completed all the troubleshooting with my internet provider and did a hard reset by unplugging it and it still would lose its connection

    Spectrum App Not Supported on LG TV's

    I was not aware of this before I bought this TV. Now I have to pay extra every month and get a cable box instead of watching TV on the Spectrum App. This should not be an issue with TV manufacturers, withholding a valuable app from people.

    Poor quality, not recommended at all, have white stains all over the screen, is really slow in all menus and also have connections problems with wifi, keep disconnecting.

    Constantly losing the WiFi even upgraded to the new router etc and higher speed. Need to return this is not the quality of an LG

    The remote responds to another tv we have in the same room! Not only that the tv does not have all of the apps like Philo and Peacock. It only has one hdmi port and one usb. This TV is the most impractical smart tv I’ve ever owned! I regret this purchase so much and I’ve never regretted buying tv before. The sound quality is so bad that we have to buy a surround sound.

    I know I used a different form of payment for either the ps 5 or lg tv! As soon as I can get to the bank I will find out exactly what is going on here. I will not tolerate any more scams or fraud on my accounts again

    Straight out of the box with red dots on the screen. Should've listened to multiple reviews about that and the unresponsive remote

    Do not purchase from LG. This TV needs to be factory data reset because the applications will get stuck in a "no internet connection" and despite having internet it will never correct itself. Contacted LG Support and they are a complete waste of time with no interest in solving the problem. They believe factory data resetting once a week is normal. Absolute garbage product and service.

    Avoid! Too annoying to operate

    First of all, I've always had Samsung TV's and never a problem. I was putting my main TV in the basement and replacing it with another TV. I decided to try a LG as the salesperson steered me in that direction. The picture seemed great in the store. Not so at home! The images weren't crisp and the color seemed fake. It couldn't hold a candle to my 6 yo Samsung. It was way too complicated to use. The Bel Mar CO Best Buy was amazing to work with (ask for Maurice) and the return was easy. I bought another Samsung. The images are very crisp and the color was vivid and life like.

    I got this tv because my previous one gave out…I chose this one because it was a good price LG smart tv so I’m thinking it would be a good buy a Best Buy turned out to b the WORST buy the tv literally sucks it lags so much freezes I click on an app takes me to another responda wen it wants it’s jus horrible stay away the only time it works fine is if it’s hooked up to a console worst tv ever

    Sold me an open box as new it didn’t have legs had to go back and argue about getting legs. When I finally got it hooked up the screen was broke. Had to return the tv and get a new one. New one works fine but the buying process was a bit annoying
