First of all, I've always had Samsung TV's and never a problem. I was putting my main TV in the basement and replacing it with another TV. I decided to try a LG as the salesperson steered me in that direction. The picture seemed great in the store. Not so at home! The images weren't crisp and the color seemed fake. It couldn't hold a candle to my 6 yo Samsung. It was way too complicated to use. The Bel Mar CO Best Buy was amazing to work with (ask for Maurice) and the return was easy. I bought another Samsung. The images are very crisp and the color was vivid and life like.

Sold me an open box as new it didn’t have legs had to go back and argue about getting legs. When I finally got it hooked up the screen was broke. Had to return the tv and get a new one. New one works fine but the buying process was a bit annoying

Do not purchase from LG. This TV needs to be factory data reset because the applications will get stuck in a "no internet connection" and despite having internet it will never correct itself.
Contacted LG Support and they are a complete waste of time with no interest in solving the problem.
They believe factory data resetting once a week is normal. Absolute garbage product and service.

Disappointed in performance of tv. Have multiple TVs in my home and this is the only tv that cuts off from the wifi. It normally takes 30-40 minutes to reconnect. I bought this tv to watch sporting events and nothing is more frustrating when watching game and TV disconnects for no reason. All other devices continue to work. So if you want into sports or anything else I would not recommend this tv at all.

Poor quality of sound and image. Bought it and thr next days I asked to exchange it for a better model and was willing to pay the difference but since geek squad installed it I was going to charged for another installation as well as a deinstalling fee. Not fair since I only saw and heard how bad it was once it was installed in my house on the wall. No floor model was available but it was promised to be amazing by the salesman on store.

The audio on this TV is horrible. It loses volume at random times, then I increase the volume on my remote to hear the program and eventually the volume comes back and blows me out of my chair. Audio is also distorted at times. I have worked with LG to no avail. This is a bad purchase.

This only has two inputs and coax. This did not bother me at first for the price except one of the inputs stopped working altogether. Now i have a firmware issue i havent been able to resolve even via update so i have a permanent error message on the bottom of the screen. I pray to the tech gods that this covered in some warranty but my fear is that this is a 400$ brick and i hope that this review is sufficient warning to dissuade anyone else from suffering a similar fate.

This isn’t worth the price tag. There is edge lighting bleed on the top of this tv. The dark scenes are very distracting. It’s doable but for the price, spend the extra money on Samsung. It’s a pain to return without the box.I was sold stating this supported Dolby Vision which it doesn’t when I got home. Best Buy did it again. Hence why I sincerely don’t shop her often.

If someone is watching this tv with you and they are hearing impaired, this tv will not allow the sound to be heard through Bluetooth headphones and the tv speaker at the same time. It also will not get any CBS signal at all without signing up for a cable, satellite, or app subscription. If we had been told these to bit s of information we would not have bought this tv. Very disappointed in Best Buy for not informing us adequately. Waste of money!
