Be careful what you buy at best!

Bought it and thr next days I asked to exchange it for a better model and was willing to pay the difference but since geek squad installed it I was going to charged for another installation as well as a deinstalling fee. Not fair since I only saw and heard how bad it was once it was installed in my house on the wall. No floor model was available but it was promised to be amazing by the salesman on store.

Disappointing

Have multiple TVs in my home and this is the only tv that cuts off from the wifi. It normally takes 30-40 minutes to reconnect. I bought this tv to watch sporting events and nothing is more frustrating when watching game and TV disconnects for no reason. All other devices continue to work. So if you want into sports or anything else I would not recommend this tv at all.

LG TV audio is horrible

It loses volume at random times, then I increase the volume on my remote to hear the program and eventually the volume comes back and blows me out of my chair. Audio is also distorted at times. I have worked with LG to no avail. This is a bad purchase.

Missing tv remote

Terrible OS

Worst TV

Low quality, physically and OS

This did not bother me at first for the price except one of the inputs stopped working altogether. Now i have a firmware issue i havent been able to resolve even via update so i have a permanent error message on the bottom of the screen. I pray to the tech gods that this covered in some warranty but my fear is that this is a 400$ brick and i hope that this review is sufficient warning to dissuade anyone else from suffering a similar fate.

Frustrated

WiFi connectivity issues

This TV has a very hard time receiving a wifi signal, even with my router less than 25 feet from the TV. Don't make the same mistake I did

It’s ok. Not the best.

There is edge lighting bleed on the top of this tv. The dark scenes are very distracting. It’s doable but for the price, spend the extra money on Samsung. It’s a pain to return without the box.I was sold stating this supported Dolby Vision which it doesn’t when I got home. Best Buy did it again. Hence why I sincerely don’t shop her often.

Very Disappointing

It also will not get any CBS signal at all without signing up for a cable, satellite, or app subscription. If we had been told these to bit s of information we would not have bought this tv. Very disappointed in Best Buy for not informing us adequately. Waste of money!

Worst TV I own

This Tv with a hardwired connection freezes more than the 5 others I own (two Samsung and three TCL Roku) that are just on WiFi. Constant buffering, freezes about every minute of a show, even with all other devices in my network are off. I’ve tested the same show on the other tvs with zero buffering. Do yourself a favor and just buy the TCL.

Poor packaging

Don't buy, very poorly packaged

LED was cracked when we opened the package. Returned it (which was no problem) and ordered a replacement. Unbelievably it was cracked also in the same spot. Not sure who decided to cheap out on the packaging at LG but don't buy this unit!
