Poor packaging

This is a packaging issue with LG. If anyone is aware of how to remove the marks, please advise.

WiFi connectivity issues

This TV has a very hard time receiving a wifi signal, even with my router less than 25 feet from the TV. Don't make the same mistake I did

Worst TV I own

This Tv with a hardwired connection freezes more than the 5 others I own (two Samsung and three TCL Roku) that are just on WiFi. Constant buffering, freezes about every minute of a show, even with all other devices in my network are off. I’ve tested the same show on the other tvs with zero buffering. Do yourself a favor and just buy the TCL.

Burnt spots on the scren

Don't buy, very poorly packaged

LED was cracked when we opened the package. Returned it (which was no problem) and ordered a replacement. Unbelievably it was cracked also in the same spot. Not sure who decided to cheap out on the packaging at LG but don't buy this unit!

Beautiful TV With RED DOTS!!

I called to return you said it was 15 days after the return policy??? So now I have a tv with RED DOTS on the screen!! That Sucks. I'll never buy from you again!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!

Second tv that stopped working within 8 months. They sent a tech to fix it. Not only was it not fixed they cracked the screen and lg is saying that is not their problem.

Thought it was the internet and had it check. It was good. Hooked up a roku and now we can stream shows just fine. Also one of the hdmi ports stopped working. Talked to best buy associate about it and they said we will have to contact LG for a warranty

Bad purchase mistake!

As well as wavy line along bottom half of screen. Exchanged for another one. The second had pixel damage. Best Buy was great on exchange and pickup. It’s LG that is the problem! They make terrible products!!! I had issues with washer and dryer too. Lesson learned…I will never buy nor recommend LG ever!!!

Worst purchase of my life

Returned it twice , first time it had red spots when the screen turned black while it was on. I went to Best Buy and got a new one for the Second time I tried to give it another chance.. once I got home to test it out the tv would turn on and off by itself and the screen was completely black and wouldn’t show anything.
