    ABSOLUTELY AVOID LG PRODUCTS. Second tv that stopped working within 8 months. They sent a tech to fix it. Not only was it not fixed they cracked the screen and lg is saying that is not their problem.

    Hard time to set TV channels I still have a hard time for T V channels over a month can't watch my TV

    Everything we tried to watch froze up or rebooted. Thought it was the internet and had it check. It was good. Hooked up a roku and now we can stream shows just fine. Also one of the hdmi ports stopped working. Talked to best buy associate about it and they said we will have to contact LG for a warranty

    Beautiful TV With RED DOTS!!

    Si I bought the tv and did not mount it til a week later after a couple of days I stated getting some RED DOTS on the screen. I called to return you said it was 15 days after the return policy??? So now I have a tv with RED DOTS on the screen!! That Sucks. I'll never buy from you again!!!

    Great tv only bad thing about it, it disconnects from wifi everyday takes about 15 min to connect back and freezes often.

    Overall tv is good I just feel like the quality is poor. The lg I bought 5 yrs ago just feels and looks like a higher quality

    Bad purchase mistake!

    First purchase had white fuzziness around the entire picture. As well as wavy line along bottom half of screen. Exchanged for another one. The second had pixel damage. Best Buy was great on exchange and pickup. It’s LG that is the problem! They make terrible products!!! I had issues with washer and dryer too. Lesson learned…I will never buy nor recommend LG ever!!!

    The worst TV ever !! Returned it twice , first time it had red spots when the screen turned black while it was on. I went to Best Buy and got a new one for the Second time I tried to give it another chance.. once I got home to test it out the tv would turn on and off by itself and the screen was completely black and wouldn’t show anything.

    Do not buy it, I bought one and was defective. Later I got the tv replaced for the same model 2 times. The 2 new replacements were also defective

    WIFI will fail - Guaranteed!

    Give any LG TV a year, year and a half tops and the WIFI will go out. I've owned 5 now and all have lost WIFI. LG is keeping Roku and Fire Stick sales up.

    Backlight bleed manufacturing issue.

    Too much backlight bleed on all three sides. Had to return it back. The OS was a little sluggish too. I guess I got a bad one but I went for an LG OLED and now I am very happy.

    I would return this tv if my 15 days were not up but we went on vacation just after buying it and did not have the chance to really check it out. The picture it TERRIBLE, and the system is slow. Dont buy!
