    This tv has low quality 4K and too dark at times. I have changed the settings which doesn't help. Spend the extra few hundred dollars and buy a true 4k tv.

    This product is the worst LG TV anyone would ever get. The picture quality is poor with dotted inks on the screen. I was fooled by the price but it's not worth it. Don't waste your money on such deplorable item. its no good.

    Best Buy sold me a broken TV Then would accept any type of exchange or repayment. Thus I and others I know cannot shop at Best Buy going forward.

    After 20 days, the TV will not hook to wifi and only has a 15 day return period. Dont waste your money

    Tv worked 5 min then the back of it shorted out and smoked got a replacement and within 30 days has a green line going down left side

    I don't like the way the New TV is set up. We have two remotes and no one explained anything to us. I would recommend the TV but not where we brought it.

    TV was damaged upon arrival, the replacement pick up took a week. they charge way to much to mount a TV. i cant stand best buy at this point.
